Anyone know's who sing's this song?

So years ago I was driving late at night one Christmas season with a friend and they started playing odd Christmas songs, A couple by Weird Al, etc. But there was one we've been trying to figure out who sings it and never have yet. The song was called Merry "Christmas to Godzila"

TO Godzilla or FROM Godzilla?

A google search turned up some stuff on the FROM option, but it's japanese and I can't quite figure it out, while I get nothing on the TO option.

It was like 15 years ago and only heard it once. I remember "to Godzilla" I also remember it being song in English, but I will check out from and see if it meshes up with my memory.
