Yay, Kabuto reference! This may be a little extreme (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Zr018AYGE4), but I figure I can do it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4uEp9qBTUZk), making it work and fixing anything wrong, I mean. I did have to steal (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IqDrZZ0BLuc) a couple of ideas from the elocater, but I figure the ends justify (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7OJVKI6yXvg) the means, here.

Class Features
All the following are class features of the Masked Warrior class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Masked Warriors are proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with light armor.
Mobility
At 1st level, a Masked Warrior gains Mobility as a bonus feat, even if he does not meet the prerequisites. If the character already has this feat, he gains no benefit.
Sidestep Charge
At 1st level, a Masked Warrior gains Sidestep Charge as a bonus feat, even if he does not meet the prerequisites. If the character already has this feat, he gains no benefit.

Item Familiar (Ex)
A Masked Warrior has an Item Familiar, or a focus for his abilities. It looks somewhat like a colored, metallic insect, is tiny, can fly at 50ft (perfect), and has a natural armor score equal to ½ Masked Warrior level. Also, it has an intelligence score of 10 + Nat. Armor, and has a “personality” like the Psicrystal. It can also communicate telepathically with the owner. It normally attaches to something like a belt or wristband, and grants the Masked Warrior his Su abilities. It can be conjured at will, and, if destroyed, takes 1 week to reform. It can also be healed by spending a number of PP equal to the amount you want to heal, assuming you have any. Its saves are equal to yours, and the HP is ½ yours

Opportunistic Strike (Ex)
Beginning at 2nd level, a Masked Warrior’s hyperawareness of spatial relations gives him an instinctive view of the battlefield, which allows him to make a cunning attack against distracted opponents. The Masked Warrior gains a +2 insight bonus on his attack roll and his damage roll (if the attack hits) at any time a rogue would be able to Sneak Attack. It increases by 2 every 2 levels except 10 and 20.

Flanker (Ex)
A Masked Warrior of 4th level or higher can flank enemies from seemingly impossible angles. He can designate any adjacent square as the square from which flanking with an ally is determined (including the square where he stands, as normal). he can designate the square at the beginning of his turn or at any time during his turn. The designated square remains his effective square for flanking until he is no longer adjacent to it or until he chooses a different square (at the start of one of his turns). The character can even choose a square that is impassable or occupied.

Bonus Feat
Every four levels except twenty, and every six levels, the Masked Warrior gains a bonus feat. These bonus feats can be taken from the list of Fighter bonus feats, assuming the Masked Warrior qualifies.

Perception (Ex)
A Masked Warrior has a different perception of time from anyone else. They see everything moving slowly, and can then react to it. A Masked Warrior gets an insight bonus to Reflex Saves, AC, and initiative equal to his Intelligence modifier, and can use Intelligence instead of strength to determine his attack bonus.

Capricious Step (Ex)
At 7th level, a Masked Warrior can take an extra 5-foot step in any round when he doesn’t perform any other movement (except for the first 5-foot step). Like the first, the second 5-foot step does not provoke attacks of opportunity. The character can take the extra 5-foot step immediately after taking the first, or wait until the end of his other actions for the round. In all other ways, the rules for taking a 5-foot step apply.

Accelerated Action (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_cFG7dR99g) (Su)
When he attains 10th level, a Masked Warrior can accelerate himself and thereby take more actions than normal. A Masked Warrior can accelerate himself for a total of Int modifier + your level/5 rounds per day. He can choose to parcel out his accelerated actions in 1-round increments.
While accelerated, he gains a +2 dodge bonus on attack rolls and Reflex saves and a +2 dodge bonus to Armor Class. Any condition that makes him lose him Dexterity bonus to Armor Class (if any) also makes him lose these dodge bonuses, and gains one extra standard action each round.

Clock Up (Su)
When using an Accelerated Action at 13th level or higher, a Masked Warrior has reached the next level ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MYfYi0WMMo&feature=related) can use 3 uses to manifest an effect similar to Temporal Acceleration. However, the Masked Warrior can attack enemies and deal damage, and the enemies get no dexterity to AC. If used, the Masked Warrior cannot use Accelerated Action, Clock Up, or Reversal or any ability relating to it, for 5 + d4 rounds. Also, when Time Stop, Temporal Acceleration, or anything similar is activated, you are also able to move as if you had activated it, and you and the caster can harm each other as if it wasn’t active.

Full Force (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHoc8Yb-pP4&feature=related) (Su)
Once per encounter, a Masked Warrior can spend a full round action to charge his method of attack with energy and focus himself. During the next d3 round the Masked Warrior can make a number of attacks of opportunity equal to his Intelligence modifier, attacks against the Masked Warrior provoke attacks of opportunity, and any attacks from the Masked Warrior deal 5d6 points of force damage. You cannot make more than one attack during your turn with this in effect.

Reversal (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVwGS91YlUA&feature=related) (Su)
Once per day, and Masked Warrior can spend all remaining Accelerated Action to reverse time (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zladOg3q6g). The Masked Warrior can go back up to 2 rounds earlier, and since it is he who moves, he is the only one aware of what would happen. Also, if the Masked Warrior were to take damage that would put the Masked Warrior below -9, while the Masked Warrior is conscious, this happens automatically. This ability cannot be used if the Masked Warrior has less than 5 accelerated actions left.
Lord of the Speed (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ll71hQaGNoY&feature=related) (Su)
At level twenty, a Masked Warrior has gotten so quick and attuned to time that he gains an additional standard actions per round. This stacks with any effects that would grant extra actions, including Accelerated Action.

Now that that's behind us (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vj7lC0ZBGX8&feature=related), please PEA (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPKQkCWuNnI)CH! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40I97WTJTF0) And if you have any ideas/improvements, please bring them up, anything goes (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_nR9eWns80&feature=related), yanno.

Looking for ways to balance Clock Up while keeping the Kabuto feel, and same with Reversal.

Issues that need to be addressed before I comment on the class itself:

-Format the abilities, please. Them being all crunched up makes it difficult to focus on one of them. Try doing them like this...

Ability text. Ability text. Ability text. Ability text. Ability text. Ability text. Ability text. Ability text. Ability text. Ability text. Ability text. Ability text.

-What are their class skills? How many points do they get per level?

-You claim this is a Prestige Class, but it goes on for 20 levels. Wat.

I'll comment more when you fix your ability formating.

Fixed

I knew I forgot something. Adding.

Typo. Title says base, and all.

I'll comment more when you fix your ability formating.

Okay .

1: So do you have any intention of doing Riders that aren't Kabuto?
2: No unarmed combat? It's not a Rider unless it can Kick.

Alright, time to pick this apart, piece by piece...

Hit Dice: D8

Class Skills
The Masked Warrior’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Climb (Str), Concentration (Con), Escape Artist (Dex), Hide (Dex), Jump (Str), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Sense Motive (Wis), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str), and Tumble (Dex).

Skill Points at Each Additional Level
4 + Int modifier.

Pretty good skills, with a not awful number of points.

*Table Snip*

Class Features
All the following are class features of the Masked Warrior class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Masked Warriors are proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with light armor.

Okay sounding so far.

Mobility
At 1st level, a Masked Warrior gains Mobility as a bonus feat, even if he does not meet the prerequisites. If the character already has this feat, he gains no benefit.

Hm... Alright, I can see that.

Sidestep Charge
At 1st level, a Masked Warrior gains Sidestep Charge as a bonus feat, even if he does not meet the prerequisites. If the character already has this feat, he gains no benefit.

Also alright, though the character isn't Psionic.

Wat. This needs clarification.

Nifty. I can see this being...Wait, -first- level? No, that needs to be gained a bit later. Like at 6th level or so.

Alright, so this helps with attack and damage for flanked opponents. Nice enough.

Flanker (Ex)
A Masked Warrior of 4th level or higher can flank enemies from seemingly impossible angles. He can designate any adjacent square as the square from which flanking against an ally is determined (including the square where he stands, as normal). he can designate the square at the beginning of his turn or at any time during his turn. The designated square remains his effective square for flanking until he is no longer adjacent to it or until he chooses a different square (at the start of one of his turns). The character can even choose a square that is impassable or occupied.

Wat. Flanking against an -ally?-

Bonus Feat
Every four levels except twenty, and every six levels, the Masked Warrior gains a bonus feat. These bonus feats can be taken from the list of Fighter bonus feats, assuming the Masked Warrior qualifies.

Seems like a bit of a cop out, but not much else to say.

In all other ways, the rules for taking a 5-foot step apply to this ability.

A slight change has been made, but fairly solid.

Spring Attack
The Masked Warrior gains Spring Attack as a bonus feat.

What, just like that? Nothing about gaining it even if they don't have the prerequisites or anything?

Buffed 3.0 Haste? Is that you? This needs some revision in its wording, and a slight nerfing in its bonuses. Switch it to 3.5 Haste, and it shouldn't be too bad.

WOAH, WHAT? That's... Overpowered, I believe.

Full Force (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHoc8Yb-pP4&feature=related) (Su)
Once per encounter, a Masked Warrior can spend a full round action to charge his method of attack with energy and focus himself. During the next d3 round the Masked Warrior can make any number of attacks of opportunity, attacks against the Masked Warrior provoke attacks of opportunity, and any attacks from the Masked Warrior deal 5d6 points of force damage. You cannot make more than one attack during your turn with this in effect.

...So you can make any number of attacks of opportunity, but can only make one attack during the next round? A far from fair trade.

Also, if the Masked Warrior were to take lethal damage, while conscious, this happens automatically. This ability cannot be used if the Masked Warrior has less than 5 accelerated actions left.

...Time travel. Really. And it activates whenever he's hit. Wat.

He also gains 30 extra feet of movement.

...Really? Just cut the speed boost, and I'd be willing to let it slide.

Now that that's behind us (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vj7lC0ZBGX8&feature=related), please PEA (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPKQkCWuNnI)CH! In short? This busts the action economy. So, so much...

It needs a few nerfs, more clarification on abilities, as well as being proofread- there are quite a few mispellings and uses of the wrong word in there. I can provide some of the last in the morning, but the other things you'll need to do by yourself...

Don't have time to go in depth right now, but my intent was to make some thing somewhere between Sorcerer and Warblade, so that pointy sticks could keep up with making the laws of reality your *****.

Level six sounds good for Perception. Flanking WITH an ally, I guess this is what I get for building in the middle of the night. Too many bonus feets, or just a bad idea? I really hate dead levels, and try to avoid them. Clock up was what I was worried about, but I really needed a way to emulate Clock Up, and that was all I could figure. I also meant to put the same delay between abilities as with Clock Up. Kinda forgot. The Hyper Clock Up (or reversal, for those who don't get it, even after all of the clues (http://www.schlockmercenary.com/2005-08-12)) was supposed to activate instead of kicking the bucket, just terribly worded. Cutting speed is fine for Lord of the Speed.
