I have a 15th level human fighter1 wizard 4/spellsword 1/abjurant champion5/leftover eldritch knight. I'm rebuilding him for PF. The SF reduction from Spellsword is less useful because the DM is stripping us of all our items (dm = hates equipment). The party also generally considers my character an abomination of munchkinry because of the number of class levels.

I'm a little bitter about that. Our sorc routinely does more damage than my character but because he's melee he's broken...? In any case I'd like to drop the spellsword level completely. The problem is that this takes away the +16 bab/9th level spel qualifier of a Gish and I'm not sure how to get it back with just levels in those 4 classes, or if there is perhaps a better way to do it in Pathfinder?

The only other relevant build things you need to know are leap attack with a falchion, DM is likely going to make me drop focused specialist [transmuter] from the build, but I do have arcane thesis and uh.. metamagic school focus [transmutation]

Just take another level of wizard and drop a level from abjurant champion - you'll end up with Wiz 18 casting and BAB +18. Hardly seems like much of a sacrifice to me if it makes the other PCs less bitter about your character. Besides, with abjurant champion, you're better off with casting Greater Luminous Armor (BoED) or Mage Armor (if house-ruled to work with AbjChamp like the fluff seems to assume) than wearing heavy armor.

Level 15: Ftr 1/Wiz 5/Eldritch Knight 9 or Ftr 1/Wiz 5/Eldritch Knight 5/Abjurant Champion 4. Either build gets BAB +12 and CL 13.

you could try the Magus from Ultimate Magic playtest, that is a gish from 1-20, I dont recall what level of casting it has at 20 but it uses 3/4th BAB IIRC
