Short question: are these feats over/underpowered?

Practiced Turner [general]
You can multiclass and still be a badass undead turner/rebuker.

Prerequisites: Knowledge (religion) 4 ranks, Divine caster level 1st, ability to turn or rebuke undead.
Benefit: for the purposes of turning or rebuking undead only, your cleric level is increased, up to a maximum of your character level (including racial HD).
Normal: your effective turn/rebuke undead level is equal to your cleric level.

*Upgraded the feat.*

Master of Puppets[Divine]

You can brainwash more powerful undead if you really want to.

Prerequisites: Ability to rebuke undead, evil alignment.
Benefit: You may spend two rebuking attempts when you rebuke instead of one. If you do so, one undead creature you rebuke is controlled instead.

First feat definitely is not overpowered. Maybe a little underpowered even. Practiced Spellcaster is obvious comparison material, and it's certainly a bit better. Does that mean you should upgrade Practiced Turner? Maybe you should, but I'm not sure how you'd upgrade it. There are likely better ways to spend a feat if you want to get better at turning though.

As for Disciple of the Darkness...(might want to rename that, there's already a feat called Disciple of Darkness).

At a glance, it seems balanced; if certainly not overpowered.
