Edit: Old post
I'm going to start using a Tiger Duck as avatar. Based on my favourite present ever http://www.trends-presents.nl/duckdirect/b_200.jpg

While I was drawing it I seem to have made a lot of variations.
If you please would help me decide which is the prettiest I'd be very thankful.

Please rank these from most to least favourite, (you may have some on the same place)

For instance:
AD-F-B-HC-G-EJI
Would mean you like "A" and "D" the most but just as much. And don't care for either "E","J" or "I"

I now have a good anthropomorphic Duck base. Which is easy to change to YOUR specifications. Ask for one NOW.

Why does this seem like a creature from Avatar the Last Airbender?

As for this topic, I like J the most.

I'm not sure I like the body shape. What would it look like with a rounded body with a little peak for a tail at the back - sort of if the front line formed a J shape?
For what you've got... Hmmm... I like the feathered arms, and the simpler feet. Maybe J with the other arms. I think maybe the eyes could be closer together, too.

I think it existed before hand. so it's not Airbender inspired.

Tried it but it doesn't look right. To much duck not enough man.

See the point was that if 10 or so peoples ranked these versions. I could analyse the responses so I knew all the most popular features without anybody having to really study these.
I was kind of looking forward to crunching the numbers :smallwink:

But seeing as there aren't enough responses to do that anyway :smallfrown:
Thanks for plainly pointing out what you liked.

Well... H with the feet and staff of J, Ithink.

I like H but probably with the simpler feet I think. Dunno why but I prefer the look of the one wing hidden slightly behind the back to the staff look, definately prefer the feathered arms to the stick ones. I'd rank them like you asked but I'm really poor at ranking stuff anyway so... yeah.

I do prefer C to G though. Again not sure why, but I don't seem to like the cape and staff together... :smallconfused:

You don't have the combo I would like:

crownless, feathered arms, cape, staff, necklace

I like J the most. Actually, I like it a lot, nice work.

Those look really good!
I like D the best. I think J would be second, if you changed the arms into wings.

This came out as the most popular combination.

You guys did give me a bit of extra work as I didn't yet had a feathered hand with a staff.
And as Serp requested with the eyes bit closer together :smallwink:

If anyone else wants a duck/man now is the time to ask

Well I was looking at the first post without even seeing this and came up with that combination as my favorite. O.o... So yeah... That's about it. I was going to say J with the feather arms.

I like it, I think it's practically perfect in every way
(although I still reckon a little tip of a ducky tail at the back wouldn't go awry :smalltongue:)

Had some fun this morning.

So now these 2 are up for adoption.

Ha! I like the Darkwing Duck one.
Might I suggest, though, that if you're going to put variations up for adoption that you change the poses a bit? Just personal preference.

Tiger Duck

you mean the pose of Darkwing? Or just future ones in general?

All and any.

Hmph, people are so stressed these days - the voting was up for about a day! :smalltongue:
But I'll join the crowd and say that the winning combination sure is nice - although I think H look better. :smallwink:
I also agree with Serpentine, a change of poses between avatars are something to work for. (it looks quite lazy, if nothing else, if you parade 10 almost identical avatars in an adoption-post ;-) )

And yeah, Darkwing Duck is epic. ^^

The general preference was pretty clear, so I didn't think it was necessary to await more responses.

I'll keep that in mind.
