There are items based upon each of the Bull's Strength-like spells, but a similar 2nd level spell has promise with that system: Animalistic Power. It's +2 to each Str, Dex, and Con. Why not have an item with the stats eh?

Gloves of Animalistic Power: +2 to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution.

Moderate Transmutation; CL 10th; Craft Wondrous Item, Animalistic Power; Price 16,000 gp; Cost 640 XP, 8,000 gp.

Gloves of Greater Animalistic Power: +4 Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution.

Moderate Transmutation; CL 14th; Craft Wondrous Item, Animalistic Power; Price 64,000 gp; Cost: 2560 XP, 32,000 gp.

The prices and costs are 4 times what they'd be for an item with only one stat.

Any comments or critiques?

Edit: Changed the prices and costs to be 4 times more than a single stat item, up from 3. This is to compensate for condensing the stats onto one item.

These sound interesting, but I'd personally bump the price up a bit. you're consolidating three attribute boosting items, yes, but you're also making them take up two less slots. that shout increase the cost just a bit, maybe 10-15 percent.

Well, increasing the prices to 15,000 and 60,000 respectively would work. It's a 25% addition, which seems pretty decent to be honest. Alternately they could cost 4 times as much as a similar single stat item, so 16,000 and 64,000. I'm slightly inclined to go with having them cost 4 times as much since it keeps things (relatively) simple.

Thanks for the feedback!

The magic item creation rules cover this, the price would just follow the formula, (Bonus^2) * 1000 + (Bonus^2) * 1000 * 1.75 + (Bonus^2) * 1000 * 1.5 so for a +2 set it would cost 17,000. This isn't to much more than the 15,000 you originally estimated.

EDIT: A +4 set costs, 68,000. The xp to create would be 1/25 the prices 680 xp for +2 and 2,720 xp for a +4.

There are suggestions in the DMG/SRD on pricing magic items including multiple powers in the same item. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/creatingMagicItems.htm#addingNewAbilities)

Basically it says that you increase the cost of all but the most expensive effect by 50%.

So
4,000 + (4,000x1.5) + (4,000x1.5) = 4,000 x 4 =16,000

So you actually got it spot on for the STARTING PLACE described in the SRD with your times 4 cost multiplier. As always, good judgement is required, but this doesn't sound like the hardest case in the world.

EDIT: Noremak's formula is the one you use for stuff like staves, not for stuff that goes in a body-slot.

Also, since hands are not the affinity body slot for Constitution boosting items, there might be another +50% sur-charge on that portion of the item creation/market price.
That would give
((Bonus granted to each stat)^2)x4.5
Or maybe
((Bonus granted to each stat)^2)x4.75
depending on how you interpret the rules for stacking cost increasers.

Close, for items with multiple similar abilities its 75% the cost for the first one.

Multiple Similar Abilities
For items with multiple similar abilities that don’t take up space on a character’s body use the following formula: Calculate the price of the single most costly ability, then add 75% of the value of the next most costly ability, plus one-half the value of any other abilities.

See my edit above.

A staff running on the same battery of charges for many similar abilities is LESS valuable than multiple staves that each start with 50 charges but can only do one thing each. An item that gives multiple bonuses in a single body slot is MORE valuable than multiple items that each only give one of the bonuses of the composite item.

Belt of Magnificence gives +6 to all stats for 200,000gp IIRC, i think it was in the Miniatures Handbook

You are correct, my apologies.
