Author's Note: Obviously incomplete; I'll be updating and finishing this iteratively. Suggestions and constructive criticism are welcome.
Soulblade
Primary Role:
Striker: You deal damage with an accurate and powerful psiblade that often targets non-AC defenses. You can also combo attacks together with successive strikes.
Secondary Role:
Controller: The energies of your psiblades can often prove disruptive to enemies, imposing debuffs and debilitating conditions.

Hit Points: You start with hit points equal to 12 + your Constitution score.

Level 1 Soulblade Features:
Level 1: Psionic Augmentation
You gain the Psionic Augmentation class feature, except you choose three powers at the first level, and you do not gain another power at the third level. You can still retrain an at-will power at the third level.
Level 1: Psiblade Focus
You gain your choice of the Heavy Blade Expertise or Light Blade Expertise feat.
You gain a +1 bonus to all attack rolls made with Psiblades and you are proficient with your Psiblades.
Level 1: Psiblade Disciple
You gain one of the following benefits:
Disciple of Cunning: The bonus to attack rolls from combat advantage for you is equal to 1 + half your Dexterity modifier (minimum 3).
Disciple of Retribution: Whenever you take damage from an enemy, you gain a Constitution modifier bonus to all damage rolls against that enemy until the end of your next turn.
Level 1: Flurry of Blades (Striker Feature)
During your turn, if you hit at least once with an attack made using a Psiblade, after that attack resolves, you can shift or teleport 1 square and make an at-will or basic melee attack with a Psiblade as a minor action. Attacks made in this way take a cumulative -3 penalty to their attack rolls for each other attack power you have used in the same turn. You cannot augment an attack made in this way.
Level 1: Mind Over Body
While you are not wearing heavy armor, you can use your Wisdom modifier in place of your Dexterity and Strength modifiers to make Acrobatics and Athletics checks, and your Wisdom modifier in place of your Dexterity or Intelligence modifier when determining your AC.
Level 1: Conjure Psi Blade
You gain the Conjure Psi Blade power:
Conjure Psi Blade - Psiblade Class Feature
You form a blade of condensed psychic energy, capable of cutting through even the toughest armour.
At-Will * Conjuration, Force, Psionic, Psychic
Minor Action - Personal
Effect: You create up to two Psiblades in your hands. These are light blade or heavy blade weapons of your choice. These psiblades occupy your hand slots. A psiblade that leaves its slot vanishes, except when thrown as part of an attack if it has the light or heavy thrown property. A thrown psiblade returns to you as if it were enchanted. All damage dealt by a psiblade is force and psychic damage. Attacks made with a psiblade can target Reflex instead of AC and use Wisdom in place of any other attribute for their attack and damage rolls. A psiblade lasts until you use this power again, fall unconscious, or until the end of your next extended rest. You can change any number of psiblades into any other light or heavy blade as a minor action. You can dismiss any number of psiblades as a free action.

Effect: Before the attack, you teleport your speed + 2 to a square adjacent to an enemy
Hit: 1[W] + Wisdom modifier damage. You can repeat this attack.
Miss: Half damage.
Augment 1:
For each creature you hit with this power, you gain a cumulative Dexterity modifier bonus to this power's damage rolls.
Special: You cannot attack an enemy more than twice in one turn with this power.
