Nyan or not to Nyan? (http://nyan.cat/)

So, how long can you last?

Would this make a fun game at the table?:smallbiggrin::smallbiggrin:

Some people appear immune to it. I don't think I'm one of them, but I can't be sure.

But I say, I prefer Leekspin (http://leekspin.com/).

I can go literally from when I wake up to when I go to sleep. Dude the same with the Leekspin too.

But how much screaming is enough screaming? Shall we say 80 dBA? 90? 60?

I think I like the leek better. The cat is too screechy for my taste, while the Leekspin sounds like an old folk song.

That's because it IS a folk song. I think.

I looked it up on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loituma_Girl). It is part of one, apparently the skat singing portion, so even in Finnish it means nothing.

Opened that and just gonna leave it open while I do my work, play games and when I go to bed, maybe it'll infect my dreams. I'll let ya'll know how things are in 24 hours.

Just about at 7 hours of leekspin... I havea headache and was unable to get any sleep. All you people who are "I had it open an hour", yeah, thats fine. Having it open for several hours is different. It is a big difference and why some methods of torture, like the water drip or playing loud music are proven effective: they last for hours, sometimes DAYS. An hour is nothing :smalltongue:

Listening to that is tough, but watching it multiplies the badness. Lots.

That one's pretty challenging, but you know what's worse? Robotnik crushing your hopes and dreams for ten minutes. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ahSCKmJAQY) Seriously, it gets REALLY painful after about five minutes.

Minor note: if you don't know who that person I referenced is, be thankfully. He..he just no.

Do I just leave the page on, or can i not be on anything else? If it's just the music I need to deal with, it's not much of a problem so far:smallbiggrin:

I usually have no problem with stuff like this, its actually not unusual for me to listen to something like this when drawing. (or listen to one short track for a few hours)

I did find it slightly amusing that hitting "lower the volume" did the opposite though.

I currently have Nyan, Leekspin, the Trololol Endurance Test, and Shut Up Woman Get on my Horse (http://www.lookatmyhorsemyhorseisamazing.com/) all playing at the same time in different tabs. This is what hell sounds like.

Lets see... Rickroll'D, Non-Stop Nyan Cat, Look at my Horse, RobotNOk, Trololol endurance test all going on at once. The absurdity of the sounds all together amuses me.

...

Also disturbs me slightly.

Update. After trying to lower the volume on Nyan cat, I now can't hear anything but Nyan cat. Refreshing the page.

Edit: As of... 2:11, I now want to stop. My head, it hurts. I'm just going to bite down my pride and stop now.

I think I might be immune too, although who knows what'll happen to your brain after a few hours.

Currently having trololol, nyan cat, nyanicorn and robotnik going at the same time. I'll see how long I can take that :)

The worst part of Trololol is knowing there's an "ending" that you have to sit and wait for instead of just leaving it in the background. And then the ending isn't even as bad as you expect.

Total waste of time :smalltongue:

32,7 minutes of Leekspin, Nyancat, Trolololol Man and Look at My Horse before I was forced to turn it off due to an unexpected visit.

Hmm... Gotta get myself a better streak later today. Maybe even throw in that No-saying thing.

Yay! I could easily imagine many other things I'd rather be honored for, but still... yay!

Phew! So I restarted them all and added Robotnik to the mix. After a few minutes, I wanted to try BadgerBadgerBadger (http://www.badgerbadgerbadger.com/) too, and that added a pleasant bass to the noise. I'd recommend it.

At 63,3 minutes, however, I must once again leave the computer for a while. This is my last marathon as the noise chaos is starting to get on my nerves, and I don't feel like taking another hour.
But it was fun while it lasted

Edit: Silence! Pheeeew... I'm left with a silent Leekspin, and I must admit, it's wonderful. Very relaxing.

The other ones are generaly nice, happy songs. Trololololol is a russian man singing a cowboy american America song, but no lyrics due to it being Russia back when it was bad. Maybe you unconciously notice this?

Could be. The other ones also are, for the most part, "smooth". As in, the have a tune or are people speaking. Trololol's staccato laugh... *twitch*
