I was actually putting together an entry for the Base Class competition, but it wasn't really working as well as a full class so I switched gears and made it into a PRC. I am unsure of the "tiering" of the PRC, but it is meant to be a viable option for characters not focused on being full spellcasters in higher powered games. Any comments would be appreciated, and feel free to use this for anything.

VOIDSTALKER
Light thinks it travels faster than anything but it is wrong. No matter how fast light travels, it finds the darkness has always got there first, and is waiting for it.
-Terry Pratchett

When most people look to the sky at night, they see stars. When the Voidstalker looks to the sky, she first sees the darkness. While many heroes and villains draw their power from aloof gods or distant planes, their flashy grandeur is but a candle's light against the vastness of empty space beyond. The Voidstalker's power comes from a source unbelievably diffuse but infinite in scope: the emptyness between the stars, the voids between the galaxies, and the nothingness beyond the planes themselves. When multiplied by infinity, even zero is not well defined.

Voidstalkers come from a variety of backgrounds, but all favor shadows and stealth, and none appreciate the harsh light of day. A voidstalker might strike from a a hundred yards away or from right behind you, but the one thing they all have in common is that none of them like to fight in plain view. Their methods for achieving this are as various as their membership, and one looking to protect himself from Voidstalkers should invest in all manner of perceptive equipment and observant techniques.

While the outlook of a Voidstalker is by nature dark, it is not necessarily Evil. Voidstalkers come in all alignments, and put the power of the emptyness beyond to any number of causes. Indeed, Voidstalkers rarely feel a sense of loyalty to each other; to many, the Void is a source of power to be used, not a common banner to unite beneath.

Class Features

Strike of the Void (Su): Once per round, before a Voidstalker makes a melee or ranged attack against an enemy she is hidden from or has total concealment from, she can infuse the attack with the negative energy of the Void as a free action. If the attack hits and deals damage, it deals extra negative energy damage equal to the Voidstalker's Class level times the Voidstalker's Charisma bonus (or times one, if the Voidstalker has no Charisma bonus). This is not precision based damage.

Improved Stealth (Ex): At 2nd level, a Voidstalker adds her Charisma bonus (if any) to her Hide and Move Silently checks.

Stalker's Training (Ex): At 3rd, 6th, and 9th level, a Voidstalker may select a benefit to augment the features of one of her previous classes. She may only choose one of these benefits each time she receives Stalker's training.

-If she possesses a skirmish, sudden strike, or sneak attack ability, she may increase its bonus damage by +1d6. If she possesses more than one of these abilities, she must choose which to augment.

-If she has levels in a spellcasting class, she may increase its caster level, spells per day, and spells known (if applicable) as if she had also gained a level in that class. She does not gain any other benefits a character of that class would have gained, and if she has more than one spellcasting class she must decide which class receives the benefit. This ability can apply to Invocation using classes as normal.

-If she has levels in a manifesting class, she may increase its manifester level, power points per day, and powers known as if she had also gained a level in that class. She does not gain any other benefits a character of that class would have gained, and if she has more than one manifesting class she must decide which class receives the benefit.

-If she has levels in a meldshaping class, she may increase her meldshaper level, number of soulmelds, number of chakra binds, and amount of essentia as if she had also gained a level in that class. She does not gain any other benefits a character of that class would have gained, and if she has more than one meldshaping class she must decide which class receives the benefit.

-She may receive a bonus fighter feat. She may choose this benefit even if she did not previously have levels in the Fighter class.

Hide in Plain Sight (Su): At 4th level, a Voidstalker can make Hide checks without the need for cover or concealment as long as she is not direct sunlight. Mortal magic is not enough to supress this ability; the sunlight must be real.

Rapid Strike of the Void (Su): At 5th level, a Voidstalker may use Strike of the Void twice per round, but it may only be applied once per attack roll.

Disintegrating Strike of the Void (Su): At 7th level, a Voidstalker may choose to deal disintegration damage with Strike of the Void instead of negative energy damage (though this damage is similar to that from the spell Disintegrate, it allows no saving throw). Any creature reduced to 0 hit points or less by this damage is turned to dust as if by the Disintegrate spell.

Improved Hide in Plain Sight (Su): At 8th level, a Voidstalker can make Hide checks even while being observed as long as she is not in direct sunlight. Mortal magic is not enough to supress this ability; the sunlight must be real. This stacks with the previous ability.

Death Attack (Su): At 10th level, a Voidstalker can study her enemy unseen for three rounds to make a deadly attack. While studying her target, the Voidstalker can take other actions so long as her attention stays focused on the target and the target is unaware of her presence. After the three rounds have passed, if she uses Strike of the Void on her target before being noticed and hits, the target must make a Fortitude save at DC 10 + 1/2 the Voidstalker's Hit Dice + the Voidstalker's Charisma modifier or instantly be turned to dust. This is not a Death Effect, though creatures immune to being disintegrated are immune to this ability. Even creatures which do not normally need to make fortitude saves must save against this ability as if it also affected objects.

Blurring Strike of the Void (Su): At 10th level, a Voidstalker may use Strike of the Void three times per round, but it may only be applied once per attack roll.
