Hey - I created a Divine/Monk fusion PrC for Pathfinder partially because the 3.5e Divine Fist doesn't really work with the PF Monk (no advancing flurry, for instance). It's heavily cribbed from Dreamscarred's Psychic Fist for the prereqs and advancement, and I'm not entirely sure about the spell progression (I couldn't find a good thing to template off of) so I'm welcome to ideas on how to improve it. The casting advancement option might need to be improved - I took that from the Psychic Fist for numbers.

First up, the prerequisite feat:

Feat: Ki Healing (General)

You can channel your Ki into healing yourself or others.
Prerequisites: Ki Pool class feature

Benefit: You may as a Standard action, spend a number of ki points as listed in the table below to cast the listed spell as a Spell-Like Ability using your class level in the classes granting the Ki Pool class feature added together as the Caster Level. In order to cast a spell, this total level must match or exceed the one listed as the prerequisite in the table. Saving throw DC's for this SLA are set as DC 10 + ½ Ki Classes Level + The modifier of the stat you use to determine the size of your Ki Pool.

Level Required |Spell | Ki Points
2 |Cure Light Wounds | 1
5 |Cure Moderate Wounds |2
7 |Cure Serious Wounds |3
10 |Cure Critical Wounds |4
13 |Breath of Life |5

And now the actual PrC:

Holy Fist – Divine/Monk PrC
Hit Die: d8

Requirements

BAB: +4

Feats: Ki Healing

Skills: Acrobatics 6 ranks, Knowledge (Religion) 6 ranks

Special: Must have a Ki Pool of at least 1 Point.

Class Skills

The holy fist’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are: Acrobatics (Dex), Escape Artist (Dex), Knowledge (Religion), Spellcraft (Int), Stealth (Dex).

Class Skills at Each Level: 4 + Int modifier

Table: Holy Fist

Level |Base Attack Bonus |Fort Save |Ref Save |Will Save |Special |Spellcasting

Class Features:

All the following are class features of the holy fist prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Holy fists gain no proficiency with any weapon or armor.
Monk Abilities
A Holy fist’s class levels stack with his monk levels for the purpose of determining his unarmed damage, bonuses to Armor Class, unarmored speed, ki gained from a Monk Vow, and flurry of blows. His class levels do not apply to other monk abilities such as slow fall, ki strike abilities, and so on.

Spellcasting

A Holy Fist gains divine spellcasting ability if they did not already have it. These spells are drawn from the Inquisitor list. You may cast any spell you know without preparing it ahead of time. To cast a spell, a Holy Fist must have a Wisdom score of at least 10 + the spell’s level. Her bonus spells are based on Wisdom, and saving throws against these spells have a DC of 10 + the spell level + the caster’s Wisdom modifier (if any). Her selection of spells is extremely limited—at each Holy Fist level, she gains one or more new spells, as indicated on the table below. At 4th, 6th, 8th, and 10th level, she can choose to learn a new spell in place of one she already knows, provided the new spell is of the same level as the one she is replacing. The number of spells a divine fist may cast per day is also listed on a table below.

Table: Spells per day
Level |1st |2nd |3rd |4th |5th
1st |1 |-- |-- |-- |--
2nd |2+1 |-- |-- |-- |--
3rd |3+1 |1+1 |-- |-- |--
4th |3+1 |2+1 |-- |-- |--
5th |4+1 |3+1 |1+1 |-- |--
6th |4+1 |3+1 |2+1 |-- |--
7th |4+1 |4+1 |3+1 |1+1 |--
8th |4+1 |4+1 |3+1 |2+1 |--
9th |5+1 |4+1 |4+1 |3+1 |1+1
10th |5+1 |4+1 |4+1 |3+1 |2+1

Table: Spells Known
{TABLE]Level |1st |2nd |3rd |4th |5th
1st |2 |-- |-- |-- |--
2nd |3 |-- |-- |-- |--
3rd |4 |2 |-- |-- |--
4th |4 |3 |-- |-- |--
5th |4 |4 |2 |-- |--
6th |4 |4 |3 |-- |--
7th |5 |4 |4 |2 |--
8th |5 |4 |4 |3 |--
9th |5 |5 |4 |4 |2
10th |5 |5 |4 |4 |3[/Table]

Alternately, at each indicated level, you gain new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) as if you had gained a level in a divine spellcasting class to which you belonged before adding the prestige class level. You do not, however, gain any other benefits a character of that class would have gained. If you belong to more than one divine spellcasting class, you must decide to which class the level will be added for the purpose of determining spells per day, caster level, and spells known.

Flexible Ki
A Holy Fist may substitute their casting stat modifier for their Wisdom modifier (if it is different from Wisdom) for the following class features: AC Bonus, Stunning Fist DC's, and Ki Pool size.

Favored Flurry (Ex)
A Holy Fist gains proficiency with his diety's favored weapon and uses it as if it was a monk weapon.

Divine Link (Su)
At 2nd level, a Holy Fist develops certain abilities because of his close link to his god. These can be any of the options listed below applicable to the Holy Fist in question. You may only pick one choice, and it may not be changed later.

1. A Holy Fist who is using the independent spellcasting progression from this class may gain a domain. They can select one domain from among those belonging to her deity, and may take subdomains as appropriate. She can select an alignment domain only if her alignment matches that domain. With the GM’s approval, a Holy Fist can be devoted to an ideal instead of a deity, selecting one domain to represent her personal inclination and abilities. The restriction on alignment domains still applies.
Each domain grants a number of domain powers, depending on the level of the Holy Fist. A Holy Fist gains a domain slot for each level of Holy Fist spell he can cast, from 1st level up, that may be only used to cast the spells granted by the domain.. The Holy Fist uses her level as her effective cleric level when determining the power and effect of her domain powers. If the Holy Fist has cleric or inquisitor levels, one of her two domain selections must be the same domain selected as a Holy Fist. Levels of cleric, inquisitor, and Holy Fist stack for the purpose of determining domain powers and abilities.
2. A Holy Fist who was previously a Cleric or Inquisitor or other domain granting class may stack his Holy Fist level with that previous class to determine domain powers and abilities.

3. A Holy Fist who was previously an Oracle may stack his Holy Fist level with his Oracle levels to determine Curse effects, and Mystery bonus spells and Revelation effects.

Ki Power (Su)
Upon achieving 2nd level, a holy fist adds ½ his holy fist level to his Ki Pool granting class's level to determine the number of points in his ki pool and the effect of his ki strike. He adds his whole Holy Fist level to his Ki Pool granting class level for access to spells from the Ki Healing feat.

Divine Ki Strike (Su)
At 3rd level, a Holy Fist's unarmed strikes count as either good or evil for bypassing damage reduction if he would gain benefits from his Ki Strike class feature (or in other words, has at least 1 Ki Point). This must be the same as his alignment, unless he is neutral. Neutral Holy Fists must pick either good or evil alignment, and this choice may not be changed afterwards. If the Holy Fist can channel energy, he must select good if he can channel positive energy, or evil if he can channel negative energy. If he gains Channel Energy later, he must select the energy type corresponding with his Divine Ki Strike class feature.

Bonus Feat
At 4th and 9th level, the Holy Fist gains a bonus feat. It must be a metamagic feat, a style feat, or the Expanded Arcana feat. You must meet all the prerequisites for the feat.

Ki Recall (Su)
At 5th level, a Holy Fist learns to use his ki pool to recall spells he has already cast. With a swift action he can recall any single Holy Fist spell (or from a class advanced by Holy Fist) that he has already cast that day by expending a number of points from his ki pool equal to the spell’s level (minimum 1). If they prepare their spells, the spell is prepared again, just as if it had not been cast. If they cast spontaneously, they instead regain a spell slot of the appropriate spell level.

Monk Spellstrike (Su)
At 6th level, the Holy Fist gains the Magus's Spellstrike feature, only applying to spells from either Holy Fist spellcasting or the class progressed by this prestige class. The weapon used for this feature must either be an unarmed strike or a weapon with the Ki Focus enchantment.

Ki Focus Weapon (Su)
At 7th level, any Monk weapon the Holy Fist is holding is counted as having the Ki Focus enchantment.

Divine Acrobatics (Ex)
At 8th level, a Holy Fist may add his casting stat modifier to his Acrobatics checks.

Divine Fusion (Su)
At 10th level, whenever a holy fist successfully confirms a critical with a melee attack, he can cast a spell as a swift action. The spell must include the target of the attack or the Holy Fist as one of its targets or in its area of effect and have a normal casting time of 1 standard action or less. Casting this spell does not provoke an attack of opportunity.
