Sourcebook for Mindiron weapons?

As the title says, in what book can I find the stats for mindiron items, and in particular the mindiron crossbow? I need to know this item's stats as well as how easy/hard it is to obtain for a upcoming game so knowing the book it is from would be nice.

Use the Compendium (http://www.wizards.com/dndinsider/compendium/database.aspx). Even if you're not a DDI subscriber, it lists the source book.

its in the adventurer's vault, the lowest level version of it is level 14
