All right I created a game that I would like some criteques on. So if I can get some off the forum that would be appreciated.
Troops

Trooper – Speed 2 Range 10 Damage 1 Armor 6 1pt Special
Sniper – Speed 3 Range 20 Damage 1 Armor 4 3pts Special
Demolitions – Speed 1 Range 5 Damage 3 Armor 5 5pts Special

Shells
Tank – Crew 2 Speed 4 Range 5 Damage 5 Armor 9 Health 15 20Pts Special
Plane – Crew 1 Speed 7 Range 5 Damage 2 Armor 5 Health 5 25Pts Special
Armored Car – Crew 2 Speed 6 Range 15 Damage 2 Armor 8 Health 10 10pts
Launch Pad – Crew 5 Speed 0 Range 30 Damage 10 Armor 2 Health 20 50pts Special

Gameplay
1. Set up a map on graph paper using blocking terrain
2. Decide on the amount of points you may use to build you army
3. Build your army and then deploy it in predetermined deployment zones
4. Roll your d10 to decide who goes first
5. The winner may have all their troops move, fire, do nothing, or some combination of the three
6. Repeat the previous step with the next player in line
7. Continue until you run out of time or until there is only one player left with any troops
8. If you run out of time take the number of points that you have left from army building and then add the number of points you would have left if you had not bought your surviving units. The person with more points after this wins

Explaining Descriptions
Speed – The distance a unit can travel in one turn
Range – The distance a unit can shoot
Damage – The amount of damage this unit does to shells
Armor – The roll necessary to deal damage to this unit
Points – The number of points necessary to deploy this unit
Crew – The minimum number of troops needed for a shell to move or fire
Special – See list of specials
Health – The amount of damage needed to be dealt to a shell before it is rendered nonfunctional
Combat
1. If an enemy unit is within the range of one of your units your unit may shoot at the other unit
2. Check the armor of the defending unit
3. Roll a ten sided die (d10)
4. If the roll exceeds the armor of the defending unit then your unit deals damage to their unit
5. If your damage exceeds their remaining health then you remove their unit from the board
Specials
Sniper – When a sniper rolls a 10 on attack roll it automatically kills the troop it was aiming for or if it was attacking a shell it kills one troop within that shell
Tank – If a tank hits its target it may make an attack against any or all units within two squares of the original target
Plane – A plane may only be shot at by snipers, other planes, or launch pads. Also they may travel over blocking terrain
Demolitions expert – When a demolitions expert hits its target it may make an attack against any unit within one square of the original target
Launch Pad – When a launch pad hits its target it may make an attack against any target within three squares of the original target
Trooper – A trooper my set up a berm in front of him with the use of a full round

Blocking terrain
Blocking terrain is a square that units may not move over. If you are shooting over a piece of blocking terrain you add 5 to the target’s armor

Berms
Berms are one way blocking terrain. A unit may move over a berm if they are moving away from the side it was set up from. If you are coming at it from any other direction then it acts as blocking terrain. The same holds true for the plus 5 to the armor but only on the one side. However unlike blocking terrain you may destroy it. It has an armor of 5 and 10 health. They may only be created by troopers
