Yup, I've allways enjoyed music, an figgured I'd try my hand making techno music, and figgured I'd apeal to the wise people for the playgroud for feedback and the like. I've created a tumblr for hosting, lacking the knowlage of any other sites that may work, and plan on updating every few days, as possible, considering other commitments.

A link to the tumblr may be found here (http://zainmusic.tumblr.com/), and any and all feedback is welcome.

It has the benefit of letting people leave comments at specific spots during your track, providing you laser-guided feedback. It also visualizes the waveform which can be a big help during both the editing and critiquing process.

For feedback, much better than my first attempt (I was using Redrum and Protools at the time... probably 5 or 6 years ago.)

- Were you going for an 8-bit sound?
- Your ending was very abrupt, I would have a fade or crescendo in there.
- The high and low notes that got held seemed a bit bland. I personally wasn't a fan of that particular synth, but others might be.

Keep at it, very brave of you to subject yourself to public scrutiny on your first try. (I certainly wasn't!)

To answer your questions

- Kinda, more the generic Electric sound
- That's more me learning to use the composing progarm, and that sould improve with time.
- Hmm, I'll keep that in mind for the next song.

The idea was that if I keep it to myself for close friends only, I'd not really get "fair" feedback, Also, thank you.

EDIT TO ADD:

new peice added, shorter, hopefully getting better
