Class Features
Empowered Attack: when power attacking with a sword, the sword master deals extra damage as thought to have been wielding the sword by two hands
Pommel Strike: A Sword Master sacrifices his last attack to make an attack with the pommel of his blade at his/her highest BAB. Pommel Strike deals 1d4+STR and a half +any feats involved.
Parrying Blade: When wielding a blade in one hand a Sword Master adds a +1 untyped bonus to his AC. This includes touch and flat footed AC. This effect increases to +2 at level 5 If a Sword master is denied his dex this ability has no effect.
Blade Before Body: A Sword Master allows her to shrug off magical effects that would otherwise harm her. If a Sword Master makes a successful Fortitude saving throw that would normally reduce the spell’s effect, she suffers no effect from the spell at all. Only those spells
with a Saving Throw entry of “Fortitude half, “or similar entries can be negated through this ability.

Blinking Blade: once per day + cha modifier with a minimum of 1 a sword master can make a touch attack with his sword.

Here are a few things I can see:

1. "PrC" stands for "Prestige Class". So saying PrC class is redundant.

2. The special requirement is confusing. Does it mean he needs to spend a day training to get a new level, or, as an example, to get to level three does he need to train for two days, since he has two Sword Master class levels? Or something else entirely?

3. Empowered attack, what happens when he wields a weapon two handed? Does the bonus increase or is it a waste?

4. Pommel strike, what is the use for this, exactly?

5. Parrying blade, this looks fine.

6. Blade before body, I'd say swap with mettle. Much more useful.

7. Blinking blade, a better way to describe it would be: "A Sword Master may resolve an attack as though it were a touch attack, bypassing AC gained from armour and natural armour. This ability is usable a number of times per day equal to the Sword Master's charisma modifier + 1, minimum of one use per day."

Also, why charisma? Unless you intend for a Paladin to be the primary entry into this class, I'd change it to something less dump worthy.
