K-9 Series, has anyone seen it? (Doctor WHo Spinoff)

I just watched this trailer, and I'm thinking: "Did they seriously desacrate K-9?" Since I never really warmed up to the first K-9, this almost seems interesting. But seriously, K-9 with an evil laugh? That's like Barney swearing violently! That's just not right! I almost want to watch it for the perverse pleasure, but what does everyone else think?

Nope but it reminds me of the k-9 and company spin off from the 80's which I did see.

I think I might see if I can download it to see it. Don't think it's going to air here anytime soon.
