Basic questions really.

If a Weapon Familiar is able to move under it's own volition:
How would I work out it's BAB?
Would it suffer penalties to hit and damage for not having a Str Score?
Would it have an AC?
Would it suffer penalties for not having a Dex score?
(It states a weapon familiar suffers on it's Ref save, but not on it's Fort, even though it doesn't have a Dex or a Con score)

If I can offer a little more info, to possibly get a reaction:
I know what the 'dancing' special ability does, but that isn't what I am thinking.
For my character, Glitch (A warforged), my DM and I worked out a Weapon Familiar Belt Component in the shape of a prehensile steel tail.
It has an intelligence, and can flex itself to wrap around and/or 'slam' targets, so we ruled it as a "Secondary Attack" similar to the Jaws of Death feat.
I was just wondering if this seemed correct, and what combat stats it might have if (a) the main character was unconscious, and (b) if someone decided to try striking it directly.
