Good Ad Block software for Internet Explorer 9?

I have gotten sick and tired of all the darned ads that come up when I am online. I'd like to find a good (preferrably free) adblock software for IE9 that can be customized to allow ads on certain sites (like this one).

I don't know if I want to trust other reviews I have found online. I do, however, trust you folks. Therefore, I call upon the vast knowledge of the Playground to help me find one, please.

Obligatory "Chrome or Firefox w/ adblock is better".

And now I've got that out of the way - This adblock (http://adblockie.codeplex.com/) looks to be reasonable. Not tried it myself (I use chrome), but looks like it's reasonable enough.
