AFAIK, its actually in Mandarin. Some bits are garbled by the music/sound FX and I can't quite make them out. Others refer to something which I don't know how to translate, or is a name which should not be translated. I have marked these literal words with angle brackets. I also have tried to mark the different voices with line breaks.
