Skill Points: 4+ the usual

Class Skills:
Balance, Climb, Concentration, Disguise, Gather Information, Jump, Knowledge (Planes, Religion, Geography), Perform, Profession, Perception (Listen and Spot), Sense Motive, and Swim

Hit Dice: d12s, Cha instead of Con

Special: The starting character must be undead, or take this class later when it becomes undead.

Class Features:

Weapons and Armor proficiency:
Tartarian Monks have the following proficiencies which are considered "Monk" proficiencies, distinguishing them from a proficiency gained later by means other then this class. Light Armor, no shields, Simple Weapons. Tartarian Monks are also proficient with their natural weapons and natural attacks, such as a Slam, Bite, or Claw attack. All these are considered Monk weapons.

Movement (Ex):
At the given levels, the Tartarian Monk gains special modes of movement starting off with the ability to cast Feather Fall three times per day. These modes are Extraordinary in nature despite what seems like supernatural appearances.
Every third level, the Tartarian Monk gets the last movement mode at-will. by level 19, the Tartarian can choose- at will- to use Ethereal Shift, Antigrav, Flight, Levitate, or Feather Fall any number of times per day for an indefinite amount of time.
feather Fall, Levitate, and Flight are as the spell but are without duration, lasting until you end it.
Antigrav is a fly speed twice that given by Flight at perfect maneuverability and gravity based spells do not effect you in this way. Antigrav functions under water. A spell that would force you to the ground in some nonphysical means of forcing you to the ground does not effect you, neither does any gravity based effect though they are few in number, but a spell that literally grabs you out of the sky does.
Ethereal Shift is a as a fly speed the same as given by Antigrav, but you are Ethereal and can fly through walls, ground, water, and are generally unable to be effected physically as well now as per rules of Etherealness. Attacks while Ethereal are still ethereal themselves and generally do not effect anyone else who is not ethereal as well.

5ft Boost (Ex):
The listed 5ft Boost bonuses are added to your 5ft step. At 20th level, you'd move 25ft every time you make a "5ft step" swift action. You gain four times the given bonus as a bonus to your land speed. It counts as your land speed for all intents and purposes. So at 20th level your "base" land speed would be 110ft with a normal base land speed of 30ft, but it is now 110ft. This is not any special bonus, but a natural enlargement of the existing statistic.

Channel Ki (Su):
Tartarian Monks can channel Ki similarly to normal monks. However, theirs is strongly connected to the energies of life and death, positive and negative. On whim, the Tartarian Monk can deliver the listed damage as negative energy or positive energy to any "monk" weapon by spending a Ki point per use of Channel Ki. Channel Ki can be added to any sort of attack, a Touch Attack for example with Positive energy would simply be a healing effect, while using Flurry of Blows at 20th level channeling negative energy could make 7 Slam attacks, each dealing an extra 7d12+10 negative energy damage and costing 7 Ki points.

Collective Ki (Su):
Tartarian Monks do not have life force themselves and would normally be unable to channel Ki as effectively. But Tartarian Monks are special. They are unlocked, using their undeath as a conduit for an increased flow of both life and death energies channeled from their prospective sources. Their source, though there is two of them it changes nothing to the mechanics, is called the Collective Ki. A source of Ki energy that is created in the process of Birth, and large events that are in line with Life energies, and Death or large events that are in line with Death energies. These spawn vast pools of Ki energies that sit uselessly without use, building up to extreme amounts over time. Tartarian Monks were created as a means of tapping into these energies, these hidden reserves of Ki.
This is the source of the Tartarian Monk's power. On the given levels the Tartarians are given bonus Ki points per encounter as shown on the table. They gain additional Ki points for any feat that would increase their Ki storage, and they gain additional Ki points per encounter as a Sorcerer of its level would gain bonus spells of first level, as if you had access to the same spells they would. A 17th level Monk would get bonus Ki per encounter with a mental stat of 30, would gain 3 bonus Ki points per encounter.
Out of combat, they return at a rate of 1 point per ten minutes or 1 point per 30 seconds of meditation.

Flurry of Blows (Ex):
Tartarian Monks have a special move called Flurry of Blows. It is a rapid assault at blinding speeds dealing attacks with any Monk Weapon. It uses its own base attack bonus with its own bonus attacks separate from the Monk's standard base attack bonus.
Flurry of Blows is a full attack action, and cannot be used to attack oneself. Flurry of Blows can be used to deal Touch Attacks as well.
