Computer aid.

I need aid for my computer, I was testing things out on Screen resolution and accidently hit switch screens. Since I do not have a second monitor, all it's showing is a blank back screen. When I try to go back to screen resolution it won't show up.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Boot into safe mode and change the settings there.
