Warlock Tier 3 or higher retool

Have there ever been any good suggestions to make Warlock better? Such as a specific retool of how many invocations they get, increasing eldritch blast damage, etc?

If you can't think of any, how would you raise Warlock to tier 3 or above without overpowering it?
