What are some of your favorite homebrew things to hand out to your players as a DM?
The best thing I think I ever rewarded was Nerull viciously grabbing and puking down our Warlocks throat.
It gave him the ability to "vomit" a swarm of rats or locust 1/day that moved on his turn and was completely controlled by him. It stayed until the swarm died or the Warlock could no longer control them (either from being knocked down or being too far away.)
