[3.5] Graboid Monster Creation ~~Help Wanted~~

So, I'm asking help for the creation of a monster, the Graboid from the Tremor movie series.

Beggining with type, maybe a Magical Beast or Aberration?

Some qualities as blindsense, improved grab and else.

Not skilled nor experienced at monster creation, so... Help Pls :D
