Spell Resistance: Yes

This spell functions like spiritual weapon (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/spiritualWeapon.htm), except all attacks are made adding caster level instead of base attack bonus and iterative attacks suffer no penalty (the number of iterative attacks per round is still dependent on base attack bonus). Also, a greater spiritual weapon deals 2d6 and 1 extra point of force damage per 2 caster levels (instead of 1d8 + 1 point per 3 caster levels).

Should this be a higher level spell or is it too high of a level? Any other changes that should be made for balance purposes?

Hmm. Not sure whether it's a 5th or 6th level spell, but it doesn't seem too bad.

You should add spaces around the plus sign so it doesn't look like it's "(2d6+1)/caster level".

Also, use
instead of
, to make it easier to critique.

Seems pretty good, though it is damage over time, with a CL of 20 (and a BaB of at least 16, easy with Divine Power), you'd have 4 attacks at ~+30, each doing 2d6+20 damage, so 8d6+80 damage/round assuming all hit, so 160d6+1600 damage assuming all hits and your opponent survives that long. Maw of Chaos, a 9th level spell at CL 20 deals 20d6 damage/round for 20 round, so 400d6 damage, each round is a save or daze.

I'd say make it be 2d6+1/2 CL, maybe penalties for iterative attacks, not sure.
