Chosen of Ghadrak

While most of the faiths in Eberron are dominated by church leaders, tradition, or powerful ideals, the followers of Ghadrak are a more silent sort. Driven to record the events of the world of Eberron, those who follow this ancient goblinoid god's path find themselves uncovering old, powerful secrets as well as new ways to use them. In addition, chosen ones of Ghadrak act to remember the dead, even their enemies, appretiating that all serve a purpose in history. Those who dedicate themselves to these beliefs are the Chosen of Ghadrak.
Hit Dice: 1d8

To qualify to be a Chosen of Ghadrak, a character must meet all the following criteria.
Skills: 6 ranks in Diplomacy, any Knowledge skill, and Spellcraft

Must have recovered an Artifact from the ancient goblinoid empire, Dhakaan.
Must have found out the true history of some major mysterious event, such as the fall of the Giants or the Day of Mourning

Hit Die: 1d6

Class Skills:

Skill Points at Each Level: 4 + Int modifier

Progression: Select one of the following: Any spellcasting class' spells per day and spells known, the Artificer's craft reserve, a Warlock's Invocations, a Binder's Pact Binding, or a Psionist's Power Points. At the indicated levels, you increase your effective ability as if you had gained another level in that class.

Lost Art: At every other level, the Chosen of Ghadrak discovers lost secrets of civilizations such as Xen'drik, the Dragons, or even Dhakaan. Choose one of the abilities listed below.

Master of the Elements: You gain Elemental Binding as a Bonus feat, whether or not you meet the prerequisites.

Dragon Magic: Choose one spell of two levels less than the maximum you can cast. You can cast that spell one per day as a spell-like ability.

Abberation Hunter: You gain the ability to rebuke Abberations as a Cleric equal to your character level -4. You can use this ability 4+Cha times per day. You cannot use this ability to power divine feats.

Forger: You gain the Craft Construct feat as a bonus feat, regardless of whether or not you meet the prerequisites.

Lost Spells: Add four spells from the Chosen of Ghadrak spell list to your spells known.

Dragonmarked: You gain Abberant Mark as a bonus feat. You can only select this Lost Art once.

Ascendant: You can turn undead as a cleric. You can use this abilty 4+Cha times per day, but cannot use it to power divine feats.

Channel Arcane: You can tap into the raw magic the giants used, as a standard action, you can launch arcane flame at an enemy within 60ft. by making a ranged touch attack, which deals 1d6 damage. This damage increases by 1d6 every time this ability is chosen.

Resiliance: As a Move action, you can give yourself spell or power resistance(chosen at the time this ability is gained) equal to 10+ 1/2 your HD until your next turn.

Divine Empowerment: Your abilities increase by no methods of your own. Ghadrak gives you a permanent +2 Sacred bonus to one of your ability scores.

Artifact Awakening: While Ghadrak may command you to delve into history for the purposes of recording the past, he recognizes that the lost objects you find our tools meant to be used, not stored. Choose one specific magic item you have found while taking levels in this prestige class. Now, whenever you wield or activate that item, you gain a +1 Sacred bonus to all saves for 1 round. In addition, if the Artifcact is one from the lost empire of Dhakaan, the bonus increases to +2, but only lasts until the next time you make a save, or 1 round, whichever is sooner. No matter how often you use the magic item, you can only use this ability up to 2+Cha times per day.

Solidify Memory: At sixth level, you gain the ability to trap the memory of any unconscious or recently dead(Within the last 7 days) creature in a dragonshard. This proccess takes 1 hour and 50gp worth of special materials. When finished, anyone who holds the dragonshard can picture the memory as if it were there own. Picturing the memory is a full-round action that provokes attacks of opprotunity and leaves the user flat-footed. This ability can even be used to record spells known from spontaneous casters such as the sorcerer, and then copied into a spellbook or the like through normal means.

Retrive Knowledge: Once per day, by making a touch attack, you can gain the benefit of one of the touched creature's feats that you meet the prerequisites for. You gain the benefit of that feat for 24 hours, or until you use this ability again.

Master of History: 2+Cha times per day, you can, by making a touch attack, rewrite one of the target's memories, of a duration up to 1 week. You must make a bluff check at a -10 penalty, opposed by the target's Will save. If the target successfully saves, they only take 1d4 points of wisdom damage. If they fail to save, the memory is successfully rewritten. This ability can be used on the same target multiple times.

Well, it seems fairly poorly crafted. You might want to incorporate whales in there. Particularly fire-breathing ones.
