Just wondering if you guys are planning to have B&W comics online and then sell a colour book?

Heck, understand fully if thats the case, you all need to make money.

Or are you hoping to sell some stories in the Erfworld in books and put others online for free (starting with "The battle for Gobwin Knob")?

The plan is to do full color updates and some extra stuff in the book. So when we get to publish, you'll get all the pages that you get online plus a whole mess of other stuff that we'll have to come up with. But the goal is to do all color all the time.

I believe that qualifies as Awesome News. Kudos :)

Is the plan to use Erfworld as a general world that you will create multiple sets of stories in with multiple characters across multiple time-lines/generations?

Like Terry Pratchett's Disc World. Same universe, different sets of stories and characters.

If this is the case, obviously the first up is "The Battle for Gobwin Knob" with 80+ pages.

(BTW, love Elvis!)

Yuppers, Gobwin Knob is the first arc. We have future arcs planned that will explore more of Erfworld so you'll get to see more creatures and characters as we get deeper into this thing.

So that means I won't get to see any more of the ultra-hot Wanda? :smallfrown:

Oh, I think Wanda will be around for a good long time. She's way too much fun to draw!

So she'll star in other story arcs or just show up as a supporting character.

A lot like Raymond E. Fiest's "Pug" or Prattchets' Death. Major in some books, supporting in others.

I can't reveal too much, but once the Battle of Gobwin Knob has finished, you'll see some of the current cast in a new light. We'll be exploring the future of some of the cast in future arcs as well as introducing new characters. Pardon the cliche, but this the tip of the iceberg for us. If you're willing to stick around, we've got a lot of fun stuff in store.

Well then hurry up and start making money out of this so you can quit your day-job and start giving us a comic a day! (Although if memory serves me right, Rich just about found himself even more busy with conventions and the like, after he managed to get OoTS to full time. which is why we don't see a comic a day from him).

Heh! I'm working on it, I'm working on it!
