A hum and twitter fills your ears. From a distance, the land seems to shimmer, shades of blue, pink and green. You ready your sword, awaiting whatever this new evil might be.
And then you see it. Thousands of whirring wings, fuzzy bodies..."what dark magic is this" you snarl, and swing your swo-but omigod their so cute! you can't possibly hit such cute creatures...
OW! Damn, that hurt! Are they biting? "Get away from me!" you scream, sounding considerably less macho.
But the parasprite swarm keeps coming...

Combat

Adorable (Ex): Any creature attempting to attack the Parasprite swarm, that was not dealt damage by it in the last 24 hours must make a will save (DC 16) or be unable to select the parasprite as a target for any offensive ability. The save is charisma based.

Distraction (Ex): Any living creature that begins its turn with a swarm in its space must succeed on a DC 12 Fortitude save or be nauseated for 1 round. The save DC is Constitution-based.

Follow the Music (Ex): When a parasprite swarm hears music it must make a will save (DC = the perform check used to play the music) or follow the music.

Rapid Multiplication (Ex): After the Parasprite swarm deals enough damage to equal half its max hp it refills its hp and creates another swarm with the leftover hp.

There is no way this is more dangerous than a centipede swarm. CR is more likely 4.

Swarm damage is 1d6 not 1d8.

Diminutive creatures have a +12 size bonus to Hide, which is kept in swarm form.
I'm not sure how you allocated skills. It starts with 7 skill ranks (4 for its first HD and 1 each thereafter).

Otherwise, it looks pretty good.

Adorable just makes it even more of a caster-fest. Area attacks can safely ignore it, while mundanes who are already screwed by swarms are even more so.

You sjoul probably change the wording on the adorable trait to closecthe loophole Tvtyrant is mentioning; swarms cant be meaningully targeted anyway and the idea that it is too adorable to attack but you could "accidentally" catch it in a fireball is too silly and fluff breaking.

Speaking of fluff, the idea of being eaten by a swarm of parasprites is terrifying. Maybe you could add a more 'rust monster' variant for the magically corrupted sprites that can only eat inorganics.
