There are lots of stats for giant spiders of different sizes in Pathfinder, but about every single one I find has some calculation errors. So I took the medium spider from B1 (and corrected the hp of the web) and did the calculations to make tiny, small, large, and huge spiders myself, just using the number of HD given in the description and the size adjustments for changing a creatures size.

I checkd the numbers twice, and still found some errors each time. Here they are, and if anyone would like to go over them to see if there are any errors left, that would be great.

I left the poisons unchanged so far, except for adjusting save DC. Are the any guidelines for that or do you have to make something up for that yourself?

The Reflex save bonuses on spiders Medium through Huge seem a bit high compared to their Dexterity scores.

They also have a bonus to their Will saves, but they shouldn't be receiving any bonuses due to their Wisdom scores.

The Fortitude save bonuses also look a bit weird. Does size grant a bonus to Fortitude saves in Pathfinder?

Hit Dice, sir (or madame or whatever other gender title you use, if any). The medium spider, for example, has a +4 in Fortitude from (+3 Hit Dice, +1 Con modifier), +4 in Reflex from (+1 HD, +3 Dex modifier), and +1 Will from (+1 HD).
