So, I'm making a campagn, and I have the three monsters above (Wendigo of native-american folklore, Baku's of Japanese, and Bunyips of Australian) to be some encounters in the game. Does anyone have a link to any of the three monsters before I pour hours I could be pouring into the story or dungeons into writing those?

As far as official sources, "Wendigo" is a template in the Fiend Folio, page 186. As a template, it's not fully built for you, but it's at least a starting point, and gives you the freedom to more easily scale it to a particular CR.

first off, it took about 5 minutes to locate them all online. Just saying, not trying to be an ass or anything. google can find any monster quite easily, assuming you also type "3.5 D&D" or "Pathfinder" after the name (without the "").

if we were talking pathfinder. (Welcome to the PFSRD Bestiary) (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary)

For an example of a wendigo-based encounter, including a CR 5 opponent with the wendigo template, check out Frozen Whispers (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/oa/20040529a), which is a mini-module available for free on the Wizards website. Could give you some ideas.

As for the bunyip, you may have already come across the suggestion that it's a cultural memory of Palorchestes (http://australianmuseum.net.au/Palorchestes-azeal), an extinct marsupial from Pleistocene Australia. Palorchestes may have been semiaquatic, but as a mammal it would have breathed with lungs rather than gills.

While not written by WotC, [it was licensed by WotC to Sword and Sorcery an Imprint off White Wolf (now Frog God Games)], Tome of Horrors (Revised for 3.5), Tome of Horrors II (also for 3.5) and Tome of Horrors III are the go to resource. Tome of Horrors Complete is the Pathfinder edition. I cannot recommend these books enough. This is where the classic "missing" monsters from 1st and 2nd editions of D&D ended up. The books are OGC except for the art.

Hmm. Is Tome of Horrors Complete already out of print? There's a 2010 version (http://www.amazon.com/Horrors-Swords-Wizardry-Version/dp/1622831292/) on Amazon, but insanely overpriced as a collector's item.

It might be out of print. I'm not even sure if the pdf is available any more. That's a shame because it is an excellent product.

You can try buying it (the pdf) directly from God Frog Games for $ 29.99. See here: http://www.talesofthefroggod.com/tome-of-horrors.html but I'm not sure the link works.

The link works, thank you.

Unfortunately it's about an order of magnitude outside my price range.
