Invoke Spell [General]
Prerequisites: Ability to cast 9th level spells, Spellcraft 28 ranks
Description: You are able to punch through antimagic, casting spells where none should be able to exist.
Effect: A number of times per day equal to 1 x 1/5 your caster level you may cast any spell of fourth level or lower that you know anywhere, even if under the effect of antimagic.

What do you guys think?

Question: Would this let you cast more spells than you are normally able to?

No, it just lets you cast them in an antimagic field.

Honestly, probably too powerful, antimagic fields are the only things stopping wizards; to take away that one weakness...well, why make a fighter?

1 x 1/5 your caster level?
Isn't 1x1/5 a little redundant?

This means that by the time you are 25th level you can cast 5 four level spells in antimagic/dead magic.
How is this taking away a weakness? Level four spells at 25th level are a bit outclassed...

And remember, this is an Epic Feat. It may be nice, but you could also just get Epic Spellcasting and have your Epic Spells ignore Antimagic fields.

It effectively lets you cast the spell Invoke Magic 1/5 CL, without taking the swift action to do it. Sounds powerful, but for epic it's nothing.

How about calling it Force Spell, or Impose Spell? Neither of those are brilliant either, of course, and I guess yours has the benefit of matching that spell Fizban mentions.
