Does anybody agree with me the archenemy of the Orly would be the Yarly?

The Orly's enemy is something far more insidious.

The Nowai.

As Orlies use YARLY as one of their combat cries, clearly they are immune to it. Their archenemy would be... mimes!

Faux-quoting cable news as a demonstration of what is and is not significant might not have been the best choice.

Don't harm the cable news networks, they're innocent! If that came off sounding more serious than humorous, it's a fault of my delivery, not the innocent cable news networks. Please! Think of the teleprompters!

(Though, if Erfworld became a significant political factor, I wouldn't be displeased.)

The archenemy of the orly is going to be the Administwator, clearly. (s)he's the one that always kills them.

Nah, the archenemy of the Orly is something that NEVER uses acronyms. Orlies never say anything but acronyms.

Quite obviously, the Orly's nemesis is the powerful OMGWTFBBQ! attack utilized by dwagons.

I'm thinking the arch enemy would be the image macro cats.

Clearly their arch-nemeses would be lofty elf monks who were disciples of the god Chuknorix.

Would such a religion be considered a "Mystert Cult"?

I like the idea of their nemeses being the Macrocats. They have the right set of parallels and differences to make it work well.

Don't forget macrocats have all manner of weapons at their disposal. They can charge up the lazers, they have invisible bikes, invisible sandwiches, and I am pretty sure the oriles "has a flavor."

"What do you mean what flavour are they? They bloomin' featherbird flavour aren't they."
"do they come with wafers?"
"Of course they don't come with ****ing wafers..."

I officially have no idea what is going on in this thread, but somehow, it feels like home.

They also have their cunning stealth agents, ceilingcats, who, (when not distracted by watching some fans try to massacre their entire race while they're reading Erfworld Page 30), lay in wait to pounce on those evil Orly's, Yarly, and Nowaii!'s...
