She squeezes his hand back, "Do you still hurt?"

Not much anymore. He opens his eyes and looks over at her. I'm sorry, Tehanu.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu looks down, "I'm the one who should be sorry, I did my job a little too well. I've endangered you numerous times, maybe I should have just gone with him, been his bed slave. Then he would have never hurt you."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak shakes his head. No. We need each other, Tehanu. Eventually we would've had to start spending time together, and I'm not one to be satisfied with some furtive fooling around every so often.

I think I know of a spell that'll help, but it'll have to wait until tomorrow. So let's hope he doesn't decide to kill me tonight, and make the best of the time we have.

"What do you mean, kill you tonight, he left the Temple."

That last strike he used, it's called the Quivering Palm. It alters the flow of my ki to make it resonate with his. He can will me to die at any time.

Tehanu stares at Lyrak, "I will kill him!"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Not tonight, alright? Can we just be together tonight?

Tehanu's face softens as she puts her arms around his neck, "Your wish is my command, my Lord."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Thank you, Lyrak puts his arms around her waist and pulls her close, burying his face in her hair.

Tehanu allows herself to be drawn into his embrace and lightly kisses his ear before breathing in his scent.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak pulls away. I feel like a bath, he tells her, smiling.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu slowly smiles, "I could definitely enjoy a bath, especially with you."

[Lord Iames Osari]

That was my thought, Lyrak agrees, starting to lead the way to the bathroom.

She watches him walk as she follows him.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak is walking the way he always walks; he's not limping or anything. Lyrak opens the door for her.

Tehanu smiles, "Thank you, Lover" she lightly runs her fingers over him as she walks through the doorway.

[Lord Iames Osari]

You're welcome. Lyrak gives her a pinch as she goes by, then closes the door behind him as he goes in.

Tehanu walks into the main area and waits while Lyrak finishes with his duties for the day.

Lyrak sends the last NPC away with a smile, then turns to Tehanu. You hungry?

"Yes, famished. Any thoughts for dinner?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Trog's, maybe, or Hank's?

"I think Trog's, I haven't had a black shadow in ages."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak nods. Sounds good to me. He smiles and gets a pair of cloaks for them.

Tehanu smiles as he swirls one around her shoulders, she ties the strings and waits for him.

Lyrak puts on his cloak and opens the door for her.

Tehanu walks out of the Temple.

Lyrak follows her.

Photos is glad that Lyrak hasn't noticed the damage he'd caused in the sanctuary yesterday when he'd been on his adventure looking for the Holy Grail.

Tehanu and Lyrak walk into the Temple and she pulls him into the bedroom, closing the door behind them.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Svadris and Thud enter. Seeing the damage that still hadn't been repaired, he smirks. Thud, break everything.

Yes, Master. Thud enjoys breaking things.

[Lord Iames Osari]

What are you doing? Stop! Photos rushes over and protests.

Tehanu wakes up and turns to wake up Lyrak in one of her favorite ways, then she tells him, "I think someone rude is out in the main area."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak blinks, still recovering his wits from being woken up in that paticular manner. Right... I'll just get up and get dressed, then... He gets up and goes to the closet, where he starts to get dressed.

Shut up, you floating phosphorescent fool, Savdris tells Photos.

Tehanu gets out of bed and gets dressed as well.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak takes a deep breath, then goes out into the sanctuary. His eyes widen when he sees who it is. Father! I demand that you stop him this minute!

[wxdruid]

Tehanu follows him out and stands next to Lyrak, she glares at Svadris.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Or what? Svadris sneers.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Or I'll throw you out myself. Lyrak looks steadily back at his father.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Svadris laughs. You can go ahead and try, boy.

Tehanu puts one hand lightly on Lyrak's arm so he knows he has her support.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak bristles. Fine. Just remember that you told me to do this. He walks forward determinedly, chanting an incantation under his breath.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Svadris snaps his fingers, and Thud looks up from the pew he's smashing into splinters. He sees Lyrak advancing, and he cracks his metallic knuckles and runs to intercept the cleric, swinging a massive fist at Lyrak's head.

Tehanu casts Lightning Bolt at Thud, trying to hit him before he gets close to Lyrak.

Thud is caught by the spell, and his artificial muscles spasm as the electricity courses through him, but he continues on his course toward Lyrak.

Svadris pulls out his pistol and fires a few shots at Tehanu, aiming to wound, not kill.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak ducks under Thud's swing and launches himself at his father, aiming a punch for his face.

She's hit twice in the leg and she turns to glare at Svadris as she favors her leg. She quickly casts Dragonskin and her skin turns red.

Svadris sidesteps to avoid Lyrak's punch and aims a counterpunch into his son's stomach.

Thud stumbles past the battling father and son, smoking slightly, and turns to charge at Tehanu, bearing down on her like a freight train.

She casts a quickened Death Armor and waits for him, one hand reaching for him.

Svadris's counterpunch connects, and Lyrak gets the wind knocked out of him. He recovers quickly, however, and attacks in a flurry of fists, knees, and feet.

Photos fires a searing light spell at Thud.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Most of Lyrak's punches connect, but Svadris seems remarkably unaffected. Having trouble, son? He grins widely, revealing again his lengthened canine teeth. He drops his revolver and tries to seize Lyrak by the shoulder and the back of his head and pull him closer.

The searing light hits and produces a blackened circle in the middle of Thud's back; the warforged aims a oversized fist at Tehanu.

She reaches out to drain his strength with her touch and damage him with her Death Armor.

The move surprises Lyrak, who struggles, but is drawn closer.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Thud jerks back as her death armor and strength-draining touch affect him. What you do to Thud? the warforged demands.

Svadris's eyes gleam, and he opens his mouth and prepares to sink his fangs into Lyrak's neck.

Tehanu ignores Thud's question and tries to dart forward in time to prevent Svadris from harming Lyrak. Attempting to at least touch him/distract him and see if she can drain some of his strength.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Svadris is just about to bite down on Lyrak's neck when Tehanu touches him on the shoulder. He jerks, his hold on Lyrak slipping.

Thud lumbers after her.

She tries to hold onto him and injure him.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak pushes himself free of his father's grip and brings his holy symbol up. Get away from me.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Svadris hisses and backs away from the holy symbol, slipping away from Tehanu.

Thud comes up behind Tehanu and swings at her again.

Tehanu attempts to reach back and slap a hand against Thud as his fist connects, sending her across the room to hit the wall.

[Lord Iames Osari]

TEHANU! Lyrak shouts, his eyes blazing. He chants a spell and concentrates, willing Thud to implode on himself.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Thud crumbles into dust.

Svadris glares at Lyrak. Oh, you'll be sorry you did that, boy. He smiles unpleasantly, then leaves.

Tehanu very slowly picks herself up off the floor.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak runs over to her and helps her up. How badly are you hurt?

[wxdruid]

Tehanu dismisses her spells and leans against him, "Not a lot, I managed to gain a bit from them before I hit the wall. Although hitting a wall is not pleasant. Is he gone or destroyed?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Svadris is gone, but Thud is destroyed.

[wxdruid]

"Good," she lifts his chin and looks at his neck, "Doesn't look like he got a bite in either. The only person around here that gets to taste your blood is me!"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Mmhmm. Lyrak casts cure serious wounds on her.

[wxdruid]

"Thank you Lover," and she kisses his neck.

[Lord Iames Osari]

You're welcome, he tells her. Is there anywhere else you're hurt? Anywhere else I should lay my hands? He grins at her.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu slowly smiles, "Everywhere?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak laughs. Well, if you really think that such a thorough examination is necessary, I suppose I can't really refuse to give you one, can I?

[wxdruid]

Tehanu responds by passionately kissing him.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak kisses her back with equal passion, then pulls back. I propose that we move this examination to a more suitable location, such as the bathroom. So we can clean any injuries we might find, of course.

"As you wish, My Lord" and she tugs him into the bathing area.

Lyrak pulls the door closed behind them.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu wakes up early and restless, she slowly and seductively wakes up Lyrak, treating him to a bit of early morning fun before she lets him go back to sleep.

Gatamu appears outside the Temple and extends his hopper sense, detecting whether Lyrak is inside and if his player is online.

Lyrak is inside.

Gatamu leaps away from the Temple, mouth wide. Mid-leap, he vanishes, reappearing in the room Lyrak is in.

He is, incidentally, head straight toward Lyrak.

Lyrak is talking to an NPC in the confession room; he scrambles backwards as Gatamu appears.

[Hoseki]

Lightning quick, Gatamu lunges again, mouth wide. Hmm. I suppose he looks tasty anyway...

Tehanu is out in the main area cleaning up the mess from yesterday.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak is swept into Gatamu's gaping maw.

[Hoseki]

Gatamu swallows and digests, looking pleased by his neatness. He vanishes.

The NPC screams and bursts through the door of the confession room into the sanctuary. "A- a- a giant thing just appeared and ate Priest Lyrak!"

Tehanu looks up and stares at him, "Where!" as she starts to walk towards the room. "What did the giant thing look like?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

((Uhhh... Hoseki, what did Gatamu look like? I can never keep it in my head... and the fact that he shapeshifts so much doesn't help either.))

[Hoseki]

((An unspeakably large cross between a tiger and a roc, usually.))

[Lord Iames Osari]

"It, it was huge, but it fit inside the room somehow.. it was like a tiger, and a huge bird at the same time..."

Tehanu frowns and quickly walks into the confession room, she looks around at everything. She has her dagger out as she searches.

[Hoseki]

Gatamu was very neat. He left no trace of either himself or Lyrak.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu growls her frustration and stalks back out into the sanctuary. She looks around for the NPC.

[Indurain]

Indurain walks into the temple, a sad look on his face. He pouts deeply and his head is hung low. He begins to walk around, looking for Tehanu.

[Lord Iames Osari]

The NPC is still there, traumatized.

Tehanu lifts him up by his shirt, "I want to know every little thing that happened in there!"

[Indurain]

Hearing her voice, Indurain heads towards the sounds of the threatening woman.

[Lord Iames Osari]

"We- we were talking, and then that thing appeared on the table and ate him! And then it vanished!"

[wxdruid]

She briefly considers asking him what they were talking about, but refrains since she knows Lyrak would not appreciate that. "Anything ELSE?!" as she flicks the dagger up where he can see it.

[Indurain]

Indurain walks in on Tehanu and the NPC. He looks truly hurt. He looks to Tehanu with sympathetic eyes.

"I've just heard the news...are you alright?"

[wxdruid]

She turns to glare at Indurain, "You're next!"

[Lord Iames Osari]

The NPC shakes his head frantically. "No, nothing else, I swear to Iames there was nothing else!"

[Indurain]

"Arha. I've only come to offer you comfort. I heard the tragic news, and knew you must be devestated. If you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm here for you."

[wxdruid]

Tehanu lets the NPC go and turns to Indurain, she saunters towards him, "Oh you are, are you. I only found out about this a moment ago and here you are already." She brings the dagger up to jab him lightly in the ribs. "I think you know more than you should."

[Indurain]

"Look, a large creature came into Trog's bragging about...well...eating Lyrak. I came over right away. I couldn't bear to think of you in pain." Indurain looks up at Arha with big puppy dog eyes.

((Be back in 20...please don't kill me while I'm gone.))

Tehanu briefly considers whether she should slide her dagger between his ribs or not. Instead she tries to violently shove him backwards as she leaves the Temple.

[Indurain]

Indurain wakes up after having been knocked unconcious from hitting the wall due to the sheer force of Tehanu's push. (Hell hath no fury...)

"Now...that wasn't very nice of her."

[wxdruid]

Tehanu stalks back in, she spots Indurain and throws her dagger at him. It hits the floor precisely between his legs, just a bit farther up and he would be missing something very important to him. She walks up to him and stands, hands on hips, glaring down at him.

[Indurain]

"Now now, Arha. I have come here only to comfort and console you. The loss of someone you love can have a profound impact on a person's life." Indurain says, though his voice suddenly turns very cold. "I should know."

[wxdruid]

"Oh really?" she sneers, "I never in my life professed my undying love for YOU! You simply deluded yourself because that is what you wanted to believe. You think you're so irresistible." She wrenches her dagger out of the floor, giving him a good view in the process. "You mean absolutely nothing to me."

[Indurain]

Indurain admires the view, and it seems to re-energize him.

"I'll give you one last chance." He says, rising to his feet. "Come with me now, be mine. Live the life of luxury, comfort, and the best you've ever had."

[wxdruid]

Tehanu raises one eyebrow and sneers at him, "No" and turns and walks towards the confession room.

[Indurain]

"YOU BITCH!" Indurain yells, spittle flying from his mouth.

He charges at Arha.

[wxdruid]

She tries to side step unsuccessfully and he slams into her.

[Indurain]

"I could have made you happy." He practially spits the words at her. "I could have given you anything you ever wanted. Now...I'll just give you pain!"

[wxdruid]

Tehanu just concentrates, trying to draw his strength out through his contact with her skin.

[Indurain]

Indurain can feel his strength draining, his face suddenly drops.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME? STOP IT....NOW! I DEMAND YOU TO STOP!"

[wxdruid]

"No," as she keeps concentrating

[Indurain]

Indurain's arm slips from Arha's chest.

"YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME. I'M THE EMPEROR!"

Indurian tries to pull away from Arha, but finds he now needs to lean on her for support.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu unceremoniously dumps him on the floor as she considers what she should do with him.

[Indurain]

Indurain realises he can't even lift his arms. Unfortunately for Tehanu, he can still talk.

"DON'T YOU...I SWEAR...IF I EVER...YOU'LL PAY...KILLING ME WON'T BRING HIM BACK....OH lords...please don't kill me..."

[wxdruid]

She taps her foot, "Oh really? why don't you tell me what part you played in his death before I start carving little chunks of Indurain off.....I'll even start with your most favorite part!"

[Indurain]

"Part....me?...I.....what are you talking about?....I don't...." Indurain stammers, his eyes darting wildly from Tehanu's face to her knife (and to her bosom let's be honest.)

[wxdruid]

Tehanu slowly, very slowly licks her lips.....and steps between his legs and lets him watch her lower the knife, very slowly towards his very favorite part, "Now!"

[Indurain]

"I...um....the thing wanted to eat me...I mentioned Lyrak's name...it came here...I didn't know...I swear...."

[wxdruid]

"Tell me all of it or...." as she pricks him with the knife.

[Indurain]

"Okay...I did it...I'm sorry. I sent that creature here. I just thought with Lyrak gone you'd see that you were meant to be with me. We must be together...I can't live without you...please...oh lords...please don't hurt the Little Emperor."

[wxdruid]

"You are a pitiful person and highly irritating." Tehanu steps back and leaves him lying on the floor. She slams the door closed as she walks into the confession room.

[Indurain]

Indurain whimpers and tries to move. Lacking the strength though, he lays on the floor sobbing.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu walks out of the confession room and up to Indurain. She doesn't say a word as she sinks her dagger of life stealing inbetween his ribs as he lies there unable to move. She twists the dagger up as she watches his eyes. Her eyes are full of cruelty and pain.

[Indurain]

Indurain's body lurches once as the dagger sinks in. His eye widen in horror and disbelief as he stares up at Tehanu.

"But...I loved....you." He says, as the last drops of life escape from his body. His cold, lifeless eyes stare up at Tehanu, almost pleading with her to take it back.

[wxdruid]

She twists it once more to be sure he's dead. She removes it and cleans it on his flesh before she gets up and leaves him there. She walks into the bedroom, slams the door and collapses on the bed.

[Lord Iames Osari]

A light glows in the study and coalesces into a humanoid shape. As the glow fades, it can be seen that it is Lyrak. He's sleeping, nude, in an armchair. He shivers slightly.

Tehanu gets up and walks out of the bedroom and into the study. She falls to her knees next to him and takes one of his hands. "Lover?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak's eyes flicker open. Tehanu?

[wxdruid]

"Lyrak," her voice is filled with emotion as she says his name. She wraps her arms around his waist and clings to him as she starts to sob.

[Lord Iames Osari]

How did I get here? What happened to that thing? The last thing I remember is its mouth and fangs... And why am I naked?

[wxdruid]

Tehanu hugs him tightly, "I love you"

[Lord Iames Osari]

I love you, too. Lyrak tries to pull her up into the chair with him.

[wxdruid]

She lets him pull her into his lap. She buries her face in his hair and neck.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak hugs her tight.

[wxdruid]

She kisses his neck and jaw and finally his lips. "Oh Lover, I'm so glad you're back."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak kisses her back. What happened? he repeats when they pull apart.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu's smile fades, "You were eaten by a roc/tiger monster in the confession room. The NPC you were talking to came running out in a fright. I'm afraid I probably frightened him some more by asking him about it. Indurain came in wanting to comfort me," her lip curls in disgust, "He said the creature was at Trog's so I went looking for it. I didn't find it and came back. Indurain and I had a lot of words and he attacked me. I drained his strength." She looks down.

[Lord Iames Osari]

And then he left? Lyrak asks.

[wxdruid]

"No, then I killed him, he admitted that he encouraged the roc/tiger monster to eat you." She keeps her eyes down, not knowing how he'll feel about this.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Oh. Well, he was trying to kill me, so I suppose there's nothing really wrong with that. I still wish there'd been another way, though. I mean after all, he wasn't entirely responsible for his actions.

[wxdruid]

"I don't know if you understand. I turned and left him on the floor, he couldn't even move. I prayed to Iames and then I went back and killed him. I watched him die," her voice turns hard, "I watched his eyes as I twisted the dagger. Then I took it out and cleaned it on his dead flesh. I would do it again and again." She buries her face in his hair and neck.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak swallows, remembering how he'd felt about Vahlziir. I understand. I understand completely. He hugs her.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu hugs him back and she slowly relaxes in his arms. "Although we have one problem. I don't care but I know you do. What do you want to do with his body?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

We give him a burial. Lyrak shrugs. We can do that tomorrow, though. He shivers. I'm cold.

[wxdruid]

"You don't want to resurrect him or have him resurrected?" Tehanu gets off his lap and extends a hand to help him up.

[Lord Iames Osari]

I would, but I'm not sure that'd solve the problem. He takes her hand and stands. Wouldn't the, um, conditioning you put him through remain in effect?

[wxdruid]

"I really don't know." She leads him towards the bedroom.

((Ah, geez, this is going to send Destro off the deep end. So many people he calls friend suffering changes for the worse. It's a short trip, but still...))

Lyrak allows himslef to be led. He sighs. Well, I suppose we should try.

She leads him into the bedroom and pulls the covers back, she tries to get him to lay down on the bed.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak lies down.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu covers him up and brushes his hair back from his forehead. "I'll go move Indurain, where do you want him moved for the night?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak thinks. Um, bring him into the study, out of sight of the door to the sanctuary.

[wxdruid]

"Okay Lover, I'll be right back" She leaves and moves Indurain to the study and cleans up the mess in the Sanctuary.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak snuggles down in the bed until he gets comfortable.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu cleans herself up and comes back in, she undresses and slides under the blankets with him, "How are you doing?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

I feel much warmer now, Lyrak smiles and puts his arms around her. He sighs. I wish we didn't keep making enemies.

[wxdruid]

"I feel the same way." She lightly pulls his arms tighter around herself and silently thanks Iames again.

[Lord Iames Osari]

He closes his eyes and breathes in her scent, beginning to fall asleep.

Tehanu lies awake for awhile listening to him breathe beside her until she finally slips into an uneasy sleep.

A young man in a black cloak walks in. He lifts up the hood of the cloak revealing Dark Brown hair and Grey Eyes. He calls to nobody in particular "

Is the Priest in the Temple?"

Photos bobs over. "No, but I am more then able to help"

Whoa! A talking ball of Light! What next? :smallconfused:He clears his throat Sorry, but I would rather wait for the priest here if that is okay.

Tehanu walks out into the Sanctuary, "May I help you?"

Matthew walks up to her, ((not to close)) He then asks.

Uhh. Yeah. I just got here and was wondering what the name of this town is.
((He doesn't know this is the town. Also this is a new char))

Tehanu smiles, "This is the Town"

[The Black Prince]

The Town? He says in disbelief. The Town??? This place is a legend in my world.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu slowly smiles at his expression, "Yes, that's all it is, The Town"

[The Black Prince]

Well then, He adapts, quickly Where can i go to eat and/or shop?

[wxdruid]

"I like Trog's Black Shadow drink, such a delightful shiver. Hookah Hanks has a very delicious silver dragon steak."

[The Black Prince]

Any good places to shop in particular? It would be helpful. My saber here He gestures at a cool looking saber. Needs a good few upgrades.

"You might try the Omnishop? I hear they have plenty of interesting things."

[The Black Prince]

Thank you. He says starting to walk out. Oh. Could you give me directions? Also what is the name of this place? Who is this temple dedicated to? Once he receives these answers he walks out.

"This Temple is dedicated to Iames and you can see the places you want to go once you get out on the street." She watches him walk out with a very amused smile on her face.

She turns to go find Lyrak. "Lover?"

Lyrak is sitting in one of the chairs in the study, meditating. His eyes are closed, but from the muted glow coming through his eyelids, she can tell that he's using psionics of some kind.

She comes up behind him and puts one hand on his shoulder to wait until he's finished.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak twitches a bit, blinks and looks up. What is it, beautiful?

She leans over and kisses him, "Some new guy walked in and was asking questions....just basic ones about Town. He already left." She chuckles, "I don't think he quite understands what Town is like."

[Lord Iames Osari]

I imagine it can be quite overwhelming to newcomers. He gets out of the chair and stretches. Let's bring Indurain to Inari's.

"If you wish," she watches him stretch before she goes over to Indurain's body.

[Lord Iames Osari]

I'd rather resurrect him there, where we can get help from allies if he turns out to still be under the effects of your conditioning, Lyrak explains, grasping Indurain by the ankles and getting ready to lift.

Tehanu puts her hands under his arms and lifts when he does.

Lyrak and Tehanu carry Indurain out the door, where Lyrak teleports them away.

Lyrak and Tehanu appear in front of the doors. Lyrak opens them.

Tehanu walks inside.

Lyrak follows her in and closes the door. He still looks preoccupied.

Tehanu pulls him into an embrace, "What are you thinking about?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Oh, Alex and Alena. It got me thinking... He trails off.

"About?" as she kisses his cheek.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Well, kids. I don't want any yet, but eventually I think I will... and I can't think of anyone else I'd want to have them with. Lyrak blushes.

Tehanu steps back, very surprised, "Kids? I..I'm really sorry Lover, I can't"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Can't? But... why?

[wxdruid]

Tehanu turns away and rubs her arms, "That part of me is long gone."

[Lord Iames Osari]

You mean they... "fixed" you? Lyrak asks, horrified.

[wxdruid]

"If you want to call it that, then yes, it's gone. I can't have children" as she stares at the ground.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak can't think of anything to say, so he just holds her tight and forms a telepathic link to send his love over.

Tehanu lowers her barriers for him, accepting the link. He can feel her love for him.

I'm sorry, I didn't know, he whispers.

[wxdruid]

"How could you have known, I have never mentioned it."

"I have never loved anyone so much before and certainly no one has ever wanted to have children with me."

Lyrak kisses her softly on the neck. I've never loved anyone this much either.

Tehanu slowly smiles and leans back against him. "Yes, such an odd emotion, love. Yet I would follow you across the world for it."

So would I. Lyrak enjoys the feeling of her love as it washes over him.

Tehanu turns in his arms and runs her hands up his back as she passionately kisses him. She lets a few suggestive scenes run through her mind.

Lyrak kisses her back, and lets his agreement flow along the link. He breaks the kiss, smiles, and leads the way to the bedroom, while searching with the link for her pleasure centers.

She follows him, smiling in anticipation of a long enjoyable night.

Lyrak opens the door to the bedroom and waits for her to go in.

Tehanu grins, "I'm not walking past you that easily," she turns as she walks into the bedroom, pulling him in with her and kicking the door shut.

Lyrak opens his eyes slowly, content just to be with Tehanu. He snuggles up to her and puts his arms around her, burying his face in her hair and breathing in her scent. The previous night replays itself in his mind, and his hands start to wander over her body.

Tehanu smiles as she wakes up, one of her hands slides beneath the covers. "Lover..."

Mmhm? His hands still.

[wxdruid]

She chuckles, "Did I say stop?" Her other hand finds what it's looking for, she squeezes.

Lyrak inhales sharply. Sorry. His hands continue what they were doing, and he starts kissing her ear and the back and side of her neck.

Tehanu scoots back as close as she can to him and pulls the covers up as she does exactly what Lyrak enjoys most.

Tehanu wakes up in the middle of the night, she suddenly sits up and runs her fingers through her hair. She smiles and turns to look at Lyrak, thinking about the perfect cure for insomnia.

Lyrak shifts in his sleep, completely unaware of Tehanu's plotting.

She smiles wickedly and very slowly runs her fingernail down along his shoulder and arm, watching the goosebumps rise.

Lyrak stirs slightly, but still doesn't wake up.

[wxdruid]

She smiles and leans in close, breathing lightly into his ear as her hand slides under the covers.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak doesn't wake when she breathes on his ear, but her questing hand manages to do the trick. His eyes fly open and he finds himself presented with a very nice view. Okay, I'm awake. And I don't need to ask what you want, he grins.

"Oh, you don't," she purrs in his ear, "I know exactly what I want.....you." as she encourages him.

Lyrak turns onto his back and pulls her on top of him. I want you too... He trails off as he begins applying kisses to every part of her he can get to.

Tehanu kisses, bites and licks right back as the curtain falls rather quickly.

Lyrak gets up, dresses, and goes to pray.

Having finished his prayers, Lyrak gets back into bed with Tehanu, snuggling close to her.

Tehanu rolls over and kisses him.

Lyrak kisses her back. The wedding starts in a few minutes. Think you can get ready fast enough?

Tehanu rolls her eyes, "Weddings, oh my. Lover I can be ready in time for you."

[Lord Iames Osari]

You don't really want to go either, huh?

[wxdruid]

"Me? weddings are boring that always lead to the same conclusion, getting stuck with someone you may someday hate."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak winces. I'll take that as a no. He grins and runs his hands up and down her sides and back. Whatever will we do to occupy ourselves?

Tehanu grins, "I know you have a good idea....."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak's grin becomes a smirk. Mmhm. We start out like this... He kisses her deeply and lets his hands wander as his mind seeks out her pleasure centers.

mmmm, yes she brings one hand up to run her fingers through his hair.

Lyrak breaks the kiss and whispers, And now, we do this.... The curtain, sensing that it is needed, falls into place.

Tehanu wakes up smiling, remembering the long sweet night. She gently brushes Lyrak's hair back from his forehead and lets him sleep. She quietly slips out of bed, puts on her robe and goes into the sanctuary to pray. Her prayer mostly consisting of thank you.

Lyrak wakes up, dresses, and goes to join Tehanu in prayer.
