Heart of the ghoul king
"This amulet, has the shriveled, black, cold heart of an ancient and powerful ghoul king on the end of it, its stone hard undead flesh beating with demonic power, on the ancient rope that goes around the neck are his teeth, giving the wearer unholy power
Powers:
When worn, the wearers skin immediately takes on a gray, pallid tone. It toughens with undead strength, becoming as cold as stone. giving a +4 to natural armor, a +2 strength, and a -2 charisma. Its true powers only awaken after killing something of the fey, giant, humanoid, monstrous humanoid, or outsider type, the heart beats, shaking the wearer, and awakening a lust for consuming the flesh of the fallen foe. The wearer ducks down, consuming most of the flesh from the corpse, devouring it with a raging hunger. Upon consuming the first corpse, the wearer gains immunity to diseases and poison. The wearer continues to evolve as he eats more fresh corpses as shown on the table below.
