These evil creatures disguise themselves as innocent perfomers, specializing in supposedly entertaining small children. In truth, they attempt to brainwash young minds to turn them into slaves of evil. Those who recognize them for what they are are subjected to their devastating special attack, which can drive a sentient being to madness in record time.

Horrific Cuteness (su): Use: 3x/day. Once uncovered as the evil creature it is, the Moppet lets loose a wave of infintile cuteness so horrific that it quickly leads to insanity. Any intelligent creature in visual range must save vs. DC 20 (CHA-based); on success the victim is shaken for 1 round, on failure, roll 1d100:

01-20 Victim is shaken for 1d4 rounds
21-35 Victim is frightened for 1d4 rounds
36-45 Victim is panicked for 1d4 rounds
46-70 Victim is confused for 1d4 rounds
71-85 Victim is sickened for 1d4 rounds
86-95 Victim is nauseated for 1d4 rounds
96-99 *Roll twice, once first effect ends, apply second effect (can stack indefinitely)
00 *Roll twice, once first effect ends, apply second effect, then third effect (can stack indefinitely)

* - Second and greater effects each offer new saving throws to reduce the effect to shaken for 1 round

All effects stack sequentially. Dire Moppets are immune to their own and each others' Horrific Cuteness.

Combat:

Dire Moppets will immediately start with Horrific Cuteness, and then follow up with bite attacks once victims are helpless or near helpless.
