Okay, let's try again...

I have run my brain dry on my campaign setting. Here's the main thread: Tyrath Campaign Setting (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34683)

Here's what I need:
Setting-specific monsters (I have stats for most named NPCs already, thank you for offering though): outsiders, constructs, whatever.
Fluff, specifically for the various countries. Go to Chapter 8 (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34683#10), pick a country and make up some stuff about it. Taken- Yuan-ti Empire, Mehrune, Southern Kingdom
Organizations! As of now, I have only 2 organizations to put in Chapter 9 (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34683#11), and one of them is incomplete.
Oh yeah, and some more historical events to fill in the millenia-long gaps.
Anything else I think of later or that you people want to submit. Please help! And please make your contributions in their own threads, and link them here. Thank you!

All contributors will be listed. I reserve the right to have the final say on what will and will not go into the setting, but just because I don't let something in doesn't mean I don't appreciate your efforts.

I'll see if I can gin up an organisation for you. It might have to wait until the weekend though and you'd have to construct any characters that come along with it (unless you don't mind NWN style ones) but the invention I think I can handle. What sort of level characters should it have and have you got a list of NPC's that we can maybe use as governmental contacts or something ?

Any non-epic characters at all, depending on the organization, naturally. AS for a list of NPC contacts, I'm afraid I don't. Sory.

hrmm everything i've been doing lately is gestahlt, i take it your campaign world is not gestahlt? Either way I have a gestahlt base class you might want a look at, that if need be could be modified to nongestahlt, it also ties in pretty well with any highly learned and or secretive organization

Lord Iames Osari

No, it isn't gestalt, if we mean the same thing by that word. As for your base class, give me a link and I'll take a look.

well its not posted, thats why i wanted to bother and see if you wanted a look at it before going to the trouble of putting it up :P it will show up within half an hour as a nongestahlt version in a thread in this area of the forum titles "The Arcane"

I suggested the gelatinous orb

http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32585

and um
how about for an organization you can always do with a powerful thieves guild, but for a twist make them good aligned and ruled by a council of 5 master thieves each in charge of a different field of interest for the guild. It works very nicely in a somewhat evil country.

Very nice setting.

I noticed that many of the regions didn't hve much in the description department. If you want, I'm willing to whip up something for any of them.:smalltongue:

Just send me a PM with which ones you'd like and what your general idea of the area was, and I'll do whatever I can to make a good description.:smallwink:

Let's see...

Monsters

You might be able to fit Raptorfolk (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38325) in somewhere, possibly as slaves of the Yuan-Ti Empire, and Ouphidians (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29739) might also have some relation to the yuan-ti. Also, since the Yuan-Ti seem to be fans of dinos, you might want to look at my collection of Dinosaurs (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28291).

Darkwater Leviathans (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26401), Stormsorrows (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10250), Afterborn (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10255), and Dreadlings (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26346) might works as creations of Moraan's followers.

Prestige Classes

Crimson Executioners (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37711) might work, either as a stand-alone PrC or part of an organization.

Psionics seem popular in Tyrath, so you might be able to use the Eidolon Blade (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35437) and Mind Diver (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28521).

Serpent Priests (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35074) would probably mesh well with the Yuan-Ti Empire.

If you're interested in prestige classes for NPC's, I've got the City Watchman (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35441), Merciful Confessor (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35082), Master Craftsman (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32034), and Firetamer (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32030).

Other

If you want more gods, might want to give Laphistopheles (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27429), Siebesunden (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10245), or Mustakrakish (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26256) a look.

Here are some (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10263) psionic powers you might be able to use.

Oooh, nifty.

Hehehe... I'm really liking this stuff. Raptorfolk - berserker-types in the Yuan-ti armies, menial laborers... dinousars - war mounts/beasts of burden...

And creepy undead are creepy undead, of course.

PrCs - yoinked.

I'm good as far as gods go, but I'm really liking those powers.

If you want gods, I may be able to provide some, like Karma (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36981) or Zov (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29314)
feel free to use the Summoning Domain (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10852) (just a note about the summoning domain, it is supposed to be like a planar domain rather than a normal domain. planar domains take up both slots for a clerics choice of domains. the same goes for the change domain)

if you want some non-codebreaking paladin poisons, why not try my ravages (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38131)

if you want some chaotic gems to toss your players, why not use the Seven Chaos Gems (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38019) but never, EVER give all seven unless some great evil emerges (like the guardian of innocent fairy things or a prototype of the ultimate life form)

you can use my Motorbike (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33952) and pimp it out with its modifications

As D1 said recently, veni, vidi, bumpi.

Or, since I have my Latin-English/English-Latin Dictionary handy:

Veni, vidi, offensi.
