Why'd you put the bit in about THF getting double benefits? They reallllly don't need it.

Because the TWF get 1 point progression even for off hand.

I like, have a similar but different feat in my own homebrew. But one question pops into my mind. You have the damage reduction ignored boosted by two-handed fighting, but what about wielding a lance one-handed from the back of a mount? Shouldn't that get special treatment, after all it is specifically meant to puncture thick armor.

Makes more sense to double it on a charge (or receiving one if you're set to receive), I'm with TuggyNE on this one, THF doesn't need the extra help.
