Before you, you see a huge cavern, made out of bones. Several zombies, cyborgs, and corpses litter the ground before you. It suddenly hits you, that you are in the cavern of AMEN.

[Mauril Everleaf]

Hey, ayya. So apparently no one wants to visit our lovely lair. And by lovely, I mean hideously evil.

Mauril wanders in, taking a look around, and decides to set up shop over in the back left of the cavern. He breaks out a cot and some temporary walls to cordone off a section about 50 square feet in area. He then sets up an appartus that has no apparent function but appears slightly magical and begins to twist knobs and dials, apparently clibrating the device, although you still have no idea what it does.

[Ayya the Fearsome]

oooooo..... what does this button do? Ayya points to a huge red button labeled, Do not press, EVER!! No, not even then! Ayya, not being able to read, slowly reaches for the button...

[Saurous]

Hello, Mauril, Ayya.

Saurous looks around the new base, and decides to go into an adjacent room to set up. He opens a portal to the new Mages Guild, and then pulls out all his aparatuses and devices, and books that he keeps with him into the room. He walks out again, tackling Ayya before she presses the button.

[Mauril Everleaf]

GAH! NO AYYA! NOT THAT BUTTO...... Mauril's entire contraption, which he had not quite finished setting up, shatters into a fine dust, blanketing everything in the small makeshift room.
I don't know why I put that button on there. And, ayya, honey, I know you can't read, but that's why I put up the "No ayya Allowed" picture. Points to a sign next to makeshift door that has a picture of ayya with a red circle around her with a line through it, similar to a "No Smoking" sign.

[Saurous]

Ouch...

Saurous, with his horribly weak body, crashes into Ayya, but only manages to crush his arm against Ayya.

I'm...going to go to the Mages Guild. Ow...

Saurous moves back into his room, and walks through his portal.

[Mr. Moon]

Damian enters the cave, and looks around. "Huh." He says, spotting a wall made of skulls. He spots Ayya and Mauril, but says nothing, and instead goes to place a portal next to the one Saurous made. Once he is done, he steps through his own portal.

[Mauril Everleaf]

Mauril goes about trying to sweep up as much dust as he can so that he can recreate his device. After sweeping up about three dust pans full of the powder and dumping it on the table, Mauril begins to cast a spell, swirling his hands and chanting inaudibly. His hands begin to glow.

[Mr. Moon]

Damian reapears in the portal and steps into the Lair. He nods to Mauril and steps through Saurous' portal.

[Mauril Everleaf]

Stops casting for a second. I have no idea what that was about, but I hope it was a good thing. Resumes casting, and slowly the previous apparatus begins to reform. After about two minutes all of the dust has coalesced into what looks like a combination of a swill distillery and a chemistry set. There. That should do it.

[Mr. Moon]

Damian steps through Sarous' portal and walks into his own.

[Saurous]

Saurous steps in through his portal, placing several signs and glowing arrows towards it. The signs say:

Join!>
<Join!

He then walks into the main room of the Lair.

Mauril, you specialize in Evocation, right? The mages guild is starting, and we need a few more members to make it look more professional. So, do you want to join?

[Mauril Everleaf]

Not Evocation so much as Entropy Control, but yeah, basically a combination of Evocation/Invocation and Abjuration. You need me? Walks out of temporary habitat, sets up anti-matter shield around living quarters and heads over to Sauros's portal.

[Xerillum]

A great wyrm red dragon pokes his head through the cavern entrance. {draconic}I WANT JOIN!!!{/draconic}

[Saurous]

Yes, yes we do. Just go through there, and you'll be in the Guild hall.

Saurous eyes the wyrm oddly, and then goes through the portal.

ayya help fix machine!!!! Ayya picks op her +3 Croquet Mallet of Smashing and proceeds to "fix" the machine. yay!!!!! ayya useful!!!!

Very confused. ayya? How did you make it past my anti-matter barrier? Most things (and by most things, I mean all things) are immediately disentegrated when they pass into the field. And I thought I pointed out the sign, anyway. Oh, well, back to the drawing board, I guess.

[Lord Magtok]

A hologram device with Magtok displayed enters the lair.

The son of Skywalker must not become a Zzzt...

The machine shoots out some sparks, and the voice of Magtok replaces the previous voice.

Sorry about that. Dimensional intereference.

Holo-Magtok eyes everyone with suspicion.

Why do I have the strange feeling I've met you all before?

[Mauril Everleaf]

Mauril pokes his head out of the doorway to his makeshift living quarters. I have no idea why you would think that. I've only transveresed time once, and that was to save my wife from certain doom. Oh, and to pick up an artifact of insane power, but it was the same trip so that doesn't really count. He goes back in and "magic noises" can be heard, followed by several grumbles and a small explosion.

[Lord Magtok]

The hologram follows Mauril.

I don't care about your life story. How'd you manage to sneak my androids here without my approval?

[Mauril Everleaf]

So those are your androids? They were just lying around, so I figured that I would put them to good use. You can have them back, if they are that important to you. Sheesh. Mauril shoves a couple of androids out of his cubicle and returns to his work, muttering about lacking good help these days.

[Rex Idiotarum]

Rex, (Regina???) falls out of thin air.
"Woah, that portal device is crazy." Zaps the ceiling, then zaps ground beneth Mauril's feet, if he isn't fast enough, he falls through a portal and then from the ceiling.

[Lord Magtok]

So you don't know how they got here? Then who brought them here?

Holo-Magtok notices Rex (Regina?).

Who would you be, sir/ma'am?

[Rex Idiotarum]

"I have no Idea anymore..." He(she?) says, "No let's see...I'll start by accessing all of your data." He(she?) says, analyzing the group with his (Her?) red eye.

[Lord Magtok]

((Analysis results: Hologram of Magtok. Lawful Evil, power-hungry, and wanting to know why the *bleep* his androids are in the lair.))

[Mauril Everleaf]

Mauril, apparently failing his reflex save due to the fact that the act happened 25 minutes ago and he is just now realizing it, is sucked throught the floor and the pops out of the ceiling and falls to the floor. (If the portals are set up directly up and down from each other, he does this several times.) He then casts an anti-magic burst at the floor portal, dispelling it, and lands with a disgruntled thud. Son of a.... Who the heck is this guy?

[Lord Magtok]

Are you sure the being in question is male?

[Rex Idiotarum]

"Well... You know how it is, you tamper with magic, and suddenly your remove curse doesn't work... O! Well, I have to get going" He (she?) zaps the ground beneath his(her?) feet, and disappears into it.

[Lord Magtok]

I must leave now. I'll leave the robots here for now, and pick them up later.

The hologram suddenly blows up with an explosion roughly equal to that of a hand grenade.
