THE BINDING OF OUTSIDERS
While there is the suggestion of the adaptation of allowing binders to bind fiends or celestials, there is no convenient reference like there are for vestiges. So, the goal is simple. To make a vestige formatted version of every non-native non-unique outsider. In fact, lets broaden things a bit and include elementals and various creatures that are (Extraplanar). So, if you find one you want to share, by all means and do so. To start us off, here is one for the first outsider in the monster manual.

Achaierai
Level: 1st
Binding DC: 17
Sign: You grow reddish brown feathers on your head and your nails sharpen to claws.
Influence: The achaierai's influence makes you cruel, giving you a taste for torture. You must never deliver a swift death, when ever possible torturing to death those you fight while you are bound to an achaierai. You draw great pleasure from inflicting pain and killing, especially those much weaker than yourself.
Granted Abilities: While bound to an achaierai, you acquire their sight, their claws, and their ability to create black clouds.
Black Cloud: You can release a choking, toxic black cloud. Those other than you and achaierai within 10 feet instantly take 1d6 per binder level damage. They must also succeed on a Fortitude save or be affected for 3 hours as though the insanity spell, with a caster level equal to your binder level.
Claws: You can use the claws you gain from the achaierai's sign as a natural weapon that deals 1d6 points of damage.
Darkvision: You gain darkvision out of 60 feet.
