The Warrior of Insanity is a class perused by veterans with a intense semi-magical form of PTSD that tortures them by making them feel that they are always in danger. They can ignore it enough to carry out civilian tasks outside of combat though they may be on high alert, when in combat they are fighting for their life even against inferior foes. The Warrior of Insanity is irrational sometimes even thinking they has died after taking a minor wound then forgetting and engaging the same foe that hurt him with fear of being killed again. Common re-fluffs of this class include anyone who has had a traumatic near death experience, anyone who displays symptoms of PTSD from an experience other then a war, and anyone who has been subject to a curse, fear effect, or illusion spell from a divine being that can't be undone.

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: A Warrior of Insanity is proficient with one martial weapon of their choice. They are proficient in light and medium armor and shields.

Delusions (Ex): The Warrior of Insanity is plagued with vivid hallucinations of a distant apocalyptic future. While he is distracted from events in the real world he is in a constant adrenalin rush and treats any hostile situation as if he is desperately fighting for his life. Every odd level a Warrior of Insanity may select a delusion from the list below. Delusions are useable only one at a time, but a new one may be activated as a free action while there are no others active.

Cornered Rat: The Warrior of Insanity is cornered by a overpowering foe and lashes out in an aggressive fighting style to try and best this hallucination. You may select 1 opponent and until they are incapacitated or no longer in sight you become shaken and gain the benefits from rage of a barbarian equal to your Warrior of Insanity level -1, but cannot move away.
Desperate Dodge: The Warrior of Insanity makes an escape from a massive dragon by predicting their lethal strikes. You may select 1 opponent and until they are incapacitated or no longer in sight you become shaken and gain a +3 insight bonus per 4 Warrior of Insanity levels to AC and reflex saves vs. them.
THERE EVERYWHERE: The Warrior of Insanity is surrounded by his foes and cannot last long without a successful cleave. You may select 1 empty square within your reach per 5 Warrior of Insanity levels and you believe that their are opponents in those squares which may cause you to be flanked, but you become shaken and if you cleave you gain a +3 to attack and damage for every fake opponent you kill. These fake opponents have 2 times your BAB worth of hit points and an AC of 10 + your BAB for purposes of you cleaving them you cannot move through there squares, but disappear at the end of the round.
Take Me Instead: The Warrior of Insanity sees one of his allies helpless and weapons are be brought down on them as you leap toward them (if the Warrior of Insanity is not willing to risk his life for his allies IC, but you want to use this OoC they may appear as another loved one). You may select 1 ally adjacent to you, and are now shaken you may chose to take damage for them. You decide this after they are hit, but before damage is rolled and if you do the attack must rerolled vs. your flatfooted AC and you take the damage instead if you are hit.
Unnerving Foe: The Warrior of Insanity sees a particularly scary being off in the distance and others are scared enough to look in the direction you are due to how scared you look. You may select 1 empty square within sight, and become shaken until the end of the round. All targets that can see you must make a will save DC (15 + your Warrior of Insanity level) if they fail they look in the direction of the square you chose becoming shaken until the end of the round and if they cannot see the square you chose from where they are they become shaken for 1 round per Warrior of Insanity level or until they can see the square.

Paranoid Delusions: The Warrior of Insanity is startled a lot even when he should have grown to expect it, but less and less does he get startled by real things. At 2nd level you can no longer be caught flat footed from any sources other then this class and may act during a surprise round.

I've seen worse: The Warrior of Insanity has seen things worse then your worst nightmares and on a daily basis as well. At 4th level the Warrior of Insanity becomes immune to fear from sources other then this class.

Desperate Insights: The Warrior of Insanity spends every sane moment trying to end his hallucinations and never can, but at 6th level they become immune to all spells from the illusion school that allow saves.

A Rock and A Hard Place: The Warrior of Insanity sometimes is given tough decisions and has to pick his death. At 8th level you may have 2 delusions active at once, but the shaken conditions stack and you become frightened.

Nightmare World (Su): The Warrior of Insanity has a mind more steeled then any even though he does not show it and anyone reading his mind will often underestimate him. At 10th level if you are having your mind read the mind reader is subject to Phantasmal Killer and are not allowed a will save. Alternately if you are being spoke to telepathically you may respond by showing them a mental image causing Phantasmal Killer which also does not allow a will save, the fort save for these effects is DC (15 + your Warrior of Insanity level).
