Seems good at the first glance, but I have two issues:

1) Why does the Warbard have to be non-lawful?

2) The feat progression at the higher levels is too fast, make it one feat every three levels at best. This guy is, after all, no fighter.

I'd wager this is because the traditional bard also has to be non lawful (something I think shouldn't be there, but that's a fight for another day)

[...], but that's a fight for another day[...]

Is it? Since Lord Tartarus wants a "commander type", lawful characters should pose a majority of the Warbards existing since commander types are mostly found in regular armies. I'd say it should be free for all alignments.

Perform (Oratory)

What, no singing?

Other than that, looks nice... kinda reminds me of a Viking Skald:

Aa Aaaaaaaaaaah!!!, Aaaaah!!!!
Aa Aaaaaaaaaaah!!!, Aaaaah!!!!
We come from the land of the ice and snow,
from the midnight sun where the hot springs blow.
The hammer of the gods
Will drive our ships to new lands,
To fight the horde, singing and crying:
Valhalla, I am coming!!!

sooo, they're basically Marshalls with full BAB and bonus feats?
