I would like feedback on the elves I am planning on introducing into my homebrew world of Terrace.

The Elves
The High Elves, are located in the ancient forest known as the Aelf Wood in northwest Terrace. They are insular and rarely deign to travel outside of their homeland. They typically have very low levels of communication with non- Elves, as they seem themselves as being above the petty concerns of mortals. They separated millennia ago from they more tolerant cousins, the Silver Elves and exiled them from their domain.
Personality: The Elves are prejudiced and intolerant of other races and their customs, which they see as being highly inferior to their own. Their views are the only obvious right ones and racial purity is a major component of their mindset. They have an innate sense of pride and they do not often allow their weaknesses to show. In their mind doing so brings shame on oneself. Their long life span also causes them to keep a broad perspective on events remaining aloof and unfazed by petty happenstance. They also see themselves as being above and apart from the normal activities of the rest of the world.
Physical Description: The Elves are a fair skinned race with eyes of blue to dark brown and hair ranging from black to light brown to deep honey brown, and all shades in between. They tend to be statuesque in proportions and heights range from 5 to 6 feet. The Elves do not sleep as members of other races do. They instead enter a deep trance called reverie, which rejuvenates them after 4 hours.
Relations: The Elves keep themselves insulated against outside races, which might taint their purity. Because of this they have a hard time making friends outside of their race and to them that’s no big difficulty. Their haughty nature often tends to grate on the other races and their air of superiority causes many to treat them with suspicion and at times hatred. Their stoic icy aloofness can be breached however and once it does they can be remarkably warm and open. This is rare to non Elves though. Alignment: The Elves tend towards law in all things and they tend to be more good aligned than any other.
Elven Lands: The Elves occupy the ancient Elven Home of Liosalfar, in the Aelf Wood forest. Once their historians recorded that they had great cities throughout this land but that is no longer so. Their domain is now only in this forest which they guard ruthlessly against any intruders.
Religion: Above all others, the Elves follow the worship of the Walking Gods. The worship of the Earth Mother exists in their domain but it is something confined to the fringes of their society. The Dark Lords have never had a hold in the Elven Society.
Language: The Elves speak elven a language rich in fluidity and expression. Their language in many places is considered to be the “high” language of the educated. They also learn the languages of other fey creatures and their enemies most notably the orcs and goblins as well as Draconic, the language of magic.
Names: Elves names tend to follow the traditions of their ancient great houses. They have a given first name when they pass the rituals of adulthood, which is then followed by their house name. Their adult name is usually a more elaborate version of their childhood name with added descriptors. Childhood names are only used among adults who have close kinship or a bond of friendship.
Male Names: Sariousulanthos, Ilmyrius, Tolanthalus, Aoliolus.
Female Names: Illiriel, Sonora, Tanalasta, Elisarious.
House Names: Lothnarc, Silderian, and Mineva.
Adventures: The Elves rarely adventure in mixed company but when they do they make adequate travel companions if one can stand their attitude. They have a desire to learn and that more than anything brings the young Elves into the world of man.

Elves Racial Traits
The Elves have the following racial traits.
· The Elves gain +2 Intelligence and suffer –2 Constitution. The Elves are intelligent and logical but they have a frail constitution.

· Elves based land speed is 30 feet.
· Immunity to magical sleep effects and a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells and effects.
· Low Light Vision: Elves can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of poor illumination. They retain the ability to distinguish color and detail under these conditions.

· Inherent Magic: All Elves have received some form of magical training and may cast each of the following spells 1 time per day: Read Magic, Detect Magic, and Prestidigation. They cast these spells as a wizard equal to their class levels. They use their intelligence to determine the base saves for these spell like abilities.
· +2 Racial bonus on listen, spot, and search checks. An Elves who passes within 5 feet of a secret or concealed door is entitled to a search check to notice if he was actively looking for it.
· Elves also gain a +2 racial bonus to one form of art or 1 form of craft. Arts include, song, oratory, dance, poetry and crafts include sculpture and painting.

· Fate Points: Because they are divorced and removed from the normal mortal world, the Elves begin the game with only 2 fate points.
· Favored Class: Wizard.
