Background- So the Advanced Class Guide came out. The Wizard got some exploits from the Arcanist, but the Sorcerer got nothing of the like, and instead got two arguably bad archetypes instead. Here's a small attempt to rectify that through homebrew.

Ancestral Mage

All sorcerers are descended of creatures of magical origin, or have otherwise had magic from birth. This is something they all have in common. What happens then, if an ancestor had more magic that was available to be passed down to their descendants, like one of the greatest dragon mages of old, or has a greater amount of whatever power bestowed upon them their inborn magical ability? In these cases, an Ancestral Mage is born, given the innate talent to manipulate magic itself, if at the cost of ignoring some of the abilities of their natural bloodline.

Ancestral Magic(Su): At 1st level, an Ancestral Mage gains a pool of raw magical ability. This functions the same as an Arcanist's Arcane Reservoir, except it only has an amount of points equal to 3 + her Charisma Modifier at the start of each day, but can hold up to 3 + half her Sorcerer Level points at any one time. The Ancestral Mage also gains the Consume Spells class feature.

The Ancestral Mage also gains one exploit from the list of Arcanist Exploits that can be any except for the Bloodline Development and School Understanding exploits.

This replaces the Sorcerer's Bloodline Arcana and 1st level Bloodline Power.

Bloodspell(Su): Starting at 5th level, the Ancestral Mage can focus her energy to recall a spell lying within their blood, whether the potential lies from an ancient ancestor's knowledge of the spell or it lies there courtesy of whatever power bestowed their abilities. By expending one point from her Arcane Reservoir, she may swap out one of her Bloodline spells for any spell on the Sorcerer/Wizard list. She retains knowledge of this spell for a number of rounds equal to her Charisma modifier. This ability may only be used on bloodline spells of level equal to half or less the highest level Sorcerer spell the Ancestral Mage may cast, rounded down.

This ability alters the Sorcerer's Bloodline Spells class feature.

Exploits: The Ancestral Mage gains an Exploit at 7th level and every six levels after. At 13th level and beyond, she may choose her exploit from the Advanced Exploits list.

This replaces the Sorcerer's Bloodline Feats.

So, that's it. Please PEACH, any criticism and suggestions are welcome, especially in regards to the name.
