Has anyone created psionic gem dragons for pathfinder, or be willing to create them?

EDIT: My crude attempt at converting them over to pathfinder is below, posts 5 through 10

I haven't seen them, but I've thought of making them. Another alternative would be to give the outer dragons, considering they look almost like they've gotten some kind of aberration template, manifester levels, either as a Generalist Psion (or maybe a particular discipline for each one) or a Wilder. Something like lunar dragons being Seers, solar dragons as Kineticists, time dragons as Shapers, void dragons as Egoists, and vortex dragons as Nomads. Give 'em Wild Talent as a bonus feat as wyrmlings, and you're ready to go.

As a alternative, the Gem Dragons could be the more 'grounded' crystals-and-spires psions, with the Outer Dragons being more Far-Realmy, madness and star-aligny type of psion.

I like the idea of keeping it as close to the original concept as possible.

True dragons are divided into five broad categories: chromatic, gemstone, imperial, metallic, and primal:

Chromatic dragons (Black, Blue, Green, Red, White) are almost universally evil, seeking only to slake their endless lust for food, treasure, and bloodshed.
Gemstone dragons (Amethyst, Diamond, Emerald, Topaz, Sapphire) are extremely reclusive creatures that build up massive stores of psionic energy over the centuries.
Imperial dragons (Forest, Sea, Sky, Sovereign, Underworld) are regal guardians of ancient lands and servants of cosmic balance.
Metallic dragons (Brass, Bronze, Copper, Gold, Silver) are generally good and often protect the lands under their care.
Primal dragons (Brine, Cloud, Crystal, Magma, Umbral) are powerful creatures that hail from the elemental planes and the Plane of Shadows.

For the purposes of this post, we're gonna only refer to Gemstone dragons.

Age Categories

Many of a true dragon's abilities, attacks, and other statistics improve as a dragon grows older. These increases are divided into 12 age categories—as a dragon ages, its base statistics change as noted on Table: Dragon Age Categories.

Age Category: This is the age category's name.

Age in Years: This is the dragon's actual age.

CR: This column modifies the dragon's base CR.

Size: This shows how many size categories by which to increase the dragon's base size, depending on its age (from Tiny to Small, Small to Medium, and so on). A true dragon does not gain the standard increases to ability scores when it achieves a larger size—instead, true dragons gain ability score increases according to their age category, as indicated on the Dragon Ability Scores table.

Hit Dice: This shows how many additional Hit Dice a dragon gains over its base Hit Dice as it grows. Increases to Hit Dice grant extra hit points, feats, and skill ranks as well as increase the dragon's base attack bonus and base save bonuses. Dragons have skill ranks equal to 6 + their Intelligence modifier per Hit Die. A dragon's increases to ability scores for gaining Hit Dice are included in the total ability score increases (see the Dragon Ability Scores table).

Natural Armor: This shows by what amount the dragon's base natural armor bonus increases with each age category.

Breath Weapon: Each dragon has a breath weapon (see Combat) that deals a base amount of damage. This multiplier increases the number of dice of damage dealt by the dragon's breath weapon. For example, a mature adult dragon with a base breath weapon that deals 2d6 acid damage would deal 14d6 acid damage (due to the ×7 multiplier).

Combat
The Dragon Attacks and Speeds table lists the attacks a dragon can employ and the damage it deals (a dash indicates that a dragon of that size does not possess that natural attack). Other abilities described here are gained by dragons when they reach a specific age category.

Fly Speed: A gemstone dragon's fly speed increases as indicated, according to its size.

Bite: This is a primary attack that deals the indicated damage plus 1-1/2 times the dragon's Strength bonus (even though it has more than one attack). A dragon's bite attack has reach as if the creature were one size category larger (+10 feet for Colossal dragons).

Claws: These primary attacks deal the indicated damage plus the dragon's Strength bonus.

Wings: The dragon can slam foes with its wings, even when flying. Wing attacks are secondary attacks that deal the indicated damage plus 1/2 the dragon's Strength bonus.

Tail Slap: The dragon can slap one foe each round with its tail. A tail slap is a secondary attack that deals the indicated damage plus 1-1/2 times the dragon's Strength bonus (this is an exception to the normal secondary attack rules).

Crush (Ex): A flying or jumping Huge or larger dragon can land on foes as a standard action, using its whole body to crush them. Crush attacks are effective only against opponents three or more size categories smaller than the dragon. A crush attack affects as many creatures as fit in the dragon's space. Creatures in the affected area must succeed on a Reflex save (DC equal to that of the dragon's breath weapon) or be pinned, automatically taking bludgeoning damage during the next round unless the dragon moves off them. If the dragon chooses to maintain the pin, it must succeed at a combat maneuver check as normal. Pinned foes take damage from the crush each round if they don't escape. A crush attack deals the indicated damage plus 1-1/2 times the dragon's Strength bonus.

Tail Sweep (Ex): This allows a Gargantuan or larger dragon to sweep with its tail as a standard action. The sweep affects a half-circle with a radius of 30 feet (or 40 feet for a Colossal dragon), extending from an intersection on the edge of the dragon's space in any direction. Creatures within the swept area are affected if they are four or more size categories smaller than the dragon. A tail sweep automatically deals the indicated damage plus 1-1/2 times the dragon's Strength bonus (round down). Affected creatures can attempt Reflex saves to take half damage (DC equal to that of the dragon's breath weapon).

Breath Weapon (Su): Using a breath weapon is a standard action. A dragon can use its breath weapon once every 1d4 rounds, even if it possesses more than one breath weapon. A breath weapon always starts at an intersection adjacent to the dragon and extends in a direction of the dragon's choice. Breath weapons come in two shapes, lines and cones, whose areas vary with the dragon's size. If a breath weapon deals damage, those caught in the area can attempt Reflex saves to take half damage. The save DC against a breath weapon is 10 + 1/2 dragon's HD + dragon's Con modifier. Saves against various breath weapons use the same DC; the type of saving throw is noted in the variety descriptions. A dragon can use its breath weapon when it is grappling or being grappled.

Gemstone Dragon Basics

Subtype: All gemstone dragons have the psionic subtype.

Dragon Senses (Ex): Dragons have darkvision 120 ft. and blindsense 60 ft. They see four times as well as a human in dim light and twice as well in normal light.

Frightful Presence (Ex): A dragon's frightful presence has a range equal to 30 feet × the dragon's age category, but otherwise functions as detailed in the Universal Monster Rules.

Powers: A gemstone dragon knows and manifests psionic powers as a psion of the level indicated in its specific description. Its manifester level depends on its age, as shown for each type. Its power pool total is equal to the number listed on the age category table.

Psi-Like Abilities (Ps): A dragon's manifester level for its psi-like abilities is equal to its total Hit Dice. A gemstone dragon’s psi-like abilities depend on its age and variety, as does any other subspecies. It gains the abilities indicated for its age plus all previous ones, as normal. The save DC is 10 + dragon’s cha modifier + power level. All psi-like abilities are usable once per day unless otherwise noted.

Damage Reduction: Dragons gain damage reduction as they age. Young Adult and older gemstone dragons have damage reduction 5/Magic. It increases to 10/Magic at mature adult, 15/magic at very old, and 20/magic at wyrm. Their natural weapons are treated as magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

Immunities (Ex): Every dragon is immune to sleep and paralysis. In addition, a dragon is immune to one or two additional forms of attack no matter what its age, as given in its description.

Power Resistance (Ex): As dragons grow older, they become more resistant to powers and psi-like abilities, as indicated in the dragon descriptions. A dragon's PR is equal to 11 + its CR.

Feats: Gemstone dragons typically choose metapsionic and psychic feats.

Appearance:
This sleek dark-blue dragon has a very serpentine neck and head, with black horns that curve drastically forward on its face. Heavy armored spiked plates run the length of the dragon's neck, back, and tail. When angered or excited, the spiked plates running the length of it's spine and tail seem to vibrate in high frequencies, as well as small flashes of inner light flash up and down the veins in the membranes of its wings. When it exhales its breath weapon it produces a nearly inaudible, but unnerving cone of sonic energy, which potentially causes the targets of its breath weapon to become panicked. Even when completely stationary, the sapphire dragon's wings seem to vibrate gently.

Personality:
Very territorial, particularly of other dragons, while being rather anti-social when it comes to other races. Favors strategic thinking and planning over other intellectual pursuits.

Metabolic Healing (Su)
At 2nd level, as long as you maintain psionic focus, you gain fast healing 1 when you manifest any psychometabolism power on yourself. This fast healing lasts for a number of rounds equal to the level of the power manifested. The fast healing increases by 1 for every four psion levels thereafter.

Shared Effect (Su)
At 8th level, any time you manifest a psychometabolism power with a range of personal, you may pay an additional 4 power points to have it affect two additional creatures touched. These additional power points count as an augment for the power and the manifestation is still limited by the normal manifester level cap. A power augmented in this fashion can affect an additional creature every four psion levels thereafter. The fission power may not be shared in this fashion.

Resilient Body (Su)
At 14th level, once per day as an immediate action, you may negate a critical hit that would have hit you, and instead receive normal damage.

Recovered Information (Su)
At 2nd level, as long as you maintain psionic focus, when someone successfully saves against a Clairsentience power you’ve manifested, you learn about a single psionic effect currently in effect (if any) on the target. Each subsequent successful save against a Clairsentience power you manifest transfers information about another psionic effect currently in effect (if any) on the target. If there are no psionic powers in effect on the target that you do not already know, then you learn information about a single psionic item the creature currently possesses, as if you had identified the item. This effect does not give any information on artifacts. The number of psionic effects or items you learn about per save increases by one every four psion levels thereafter.

Alter the Waves (Su)
At 8th level, each day when you meditate to regain your power points, you gain a +3 insight bonus that can be used on any one die roll. Every two psion levels thereafter, this ability may be used one additional time per day and the insight bonus is increased by 1.

Seeing the Connections (Su)
At 14th level, once per day, you can automatically identify all properties of a magic item, magic aura, or identify a spell or power in effect. In addition, if you are being scryed upon, you can expend your daily use of this power as an immediate action to disrupt the scrying attempt and instead scry on the originator of the effect using the same effect as that which targeted you. You need not pay any power point cost for this ability, although the originator can make a save to block the attempt (same DC as the original scrying attempt). This ability does not work on artifacts.

Perpetual Foresight (Su)
At 20th, your ability to foresee the different possibilities has suffused you. Anytime you roll a d20, you may expend your psionic focus as an immediate action to roll a second time. To choose the result of the second roll, you must pay the unmodified die roll in power points.

Mental Intrusion (Ex)
At 2nd level, as long as you maintain psionic focus, increase the save DC of any mind-affecting power you manifest by 1 for every 2 power points you spend augmenting the power, provided the augmentation does not already increase the power’s save DC. For the purpose of this ability, you may spend additional power points augmenting a mind-affecting power’s save DC even on a power that normally does not have any augment options.

Telepathy (Su)
At 8th level, you gain telepathy out to 400 ft. and can communicate with any creature, regardless of intelligence, so long as they have an Intelligence of 1 or higher. The range of your telepathy increases by 10 ft. every psion level thereafter.

Additionally, as long as you maintain psionic focus, you can detect other creatures within 30 ft. using telepathy to communicate, although you cannot determine the content of the communication.

Last Respite (Su)
At 14th level, once per day, if you are about to suffer damage that would result in your death, as an immediate action, you can shunt your mind into the body of a creature within 30 ft., effectively granting you the benefits of mind switch (Will save negates DC 10 + half psion level + Intelligence modifier) and your original body is left stable, but its hit point total is left one point of damage away from death. This ability lasts a number of rounds equal to your psion level. You must secure a permanent body for your mind, either by healing your original body, through the use of a power such as true mind switch, or some other means to permanently inhabit a body, by the end of the effect’s duration or die. This is considered a mind-affecting effect. You can take this action even if you are unconscious. This ability cannot be used against effects that outright kill or that deal ability damage, only against effects that deal hit point damage.

Guarded Thoughts (Su)
At 20th level, you gain increased protection from mind-affecting effects, granting you a +10 bonus on saves against mind-affecting effects.

Telekinetic Hurl (Su)
As long as you maintain psionic focus, you gain the ability to telekinetically hurl objects of up to 5 lbs. as a ranged attack at an enemy within 30 ft. Such attacks deal 1d4 points of damage due to the force exerted. This damage increases by 1d4 points of damage for every four psion levels thereafter.

Kinetic Aura (Su)
At 8th level, you gain a +1 deflection bonus to AC. This bonus increases by +1 every three levels thereafter.

Energetic Recharge (Su)
At 14th level, once per day, you can expend psionic focus as an immediate action when you would take damage from cold, electricity, fire, force, or sonic damage to convert the damage into power points, at a rate of 1 power point per 5 damage. You suffer none of the converted damage, but may not gain more than your manifester level in power points. For example, if a 14th level kineticist suffers 80 points of cold damage, he may expend his psionic focus to convert up to 70 points of that damage into 14 power points. He takes the remaining 10 points of cold damage as normal.

Energy Immunity (Su)
At 20th level, when you gain psionic focus, you gain immunity to either cold, electricity, fire, force, or sonic, at your choice. You may change this immunity by gaining psionic focus again, and need not maintain psionic focus to maintain the immunity.

Okay, Sapphire Dragons are missing skill points spent and powers known. Also, I need a third version (Ancient) of it complete.

The others have been laid out, but need massive work still.
