Liar's Artifice [Item Creation]
By spreading rumours and lies about an object's abilities, you can actually imbue the object with magical power.
Prerequisites: One item creation feat, bluff 5 ranks.
Benefit: When you craft a magic item, you may make a bluff check to finish the item in the place of making the standard skill check (usually Spellcraft). This can only be used while in an area with a decently sized population so that rumours can spread.
