A surgical tent, with ventilation, and lights, the whole shabang. 5 medics bring in Xerillum in a steel pod. He is bleeding profusely, and his liver is busted. They open him up, and find that his intestines and a kidney are also busted. They take forceps, and take out a small piece of iron. They attempt to slow the bleeding.
