In the manga Hunter x Hunter, the characters go in to a video game called "Greed Island". Everything in the game can be converted in to cards, and the cards can be reverted back in to items. The goal of the game is to collect all 100 Slotted Item Cards.
The items looked like perfect magic items for 5e, so I've gone ahead and converted a majority of them and organized them in the google doc above.
Hope some of these can find a place in your campaign.
