Thought that at level 1 all classes can pick one of their skills to be a expertise skill,
this will make it so for example a rogue that picks expertise in athletics automatically
does not have to be the best grappler in the group if a str pc picks that as his speciality.
Lets wizards be wizardy with very high arcana skill and so on. Ofc this also would let
a rogue or bard get one extra expertise so they would still be all round more skilled.

Sounds fine, at low levels it's not too bad and at high level magic items can do worse. Just be careful about setting skill DCs so high that only one member of the party is able to beat them.
