Yes. But any individual psion won't be able to do all but a few those. It is kind of daft what they have the potential to do though.

Aside from snickering at Gimbul, my first thought was that the girl playing Mialee didn't look remotely like a mutant cricket that has been repreatedly hit with the ugly bludgeon. This can only be a good thing.

I liked them, but the bards got pushed around a lot. I kept waiting for someone to remind Devis he was a half-elf bard and could Diplomacy his way

Good idea, but it lacked something in the execution. That is, could have used better actors.

Yeah, this was funny, but it didn't pass the "Becomes catchphrases for my circle of friends" test. With my friends and I, we fold in funny phrases from things we've seen recently and make jokes about them. With the PHB PSAs we would halfheartedly exchange, "Being a straight classed fighter means never having to say you're sorry." but after a few days we had forgotten about them completely. Whenever I get to a locked door when around my friends I'll say, "It's F***ing magic-locked... ****" courtesy of Wizard People, Dear Reader (http://www.illegal-art.org/video/wizard.html), or we'll talk about sharing something secret "with our horses"
And every now and then we'll still "shoot" each other and start singing, "mm wacha say" because of the SNL parody of the OC (and resulting plethora of parodies of the parody) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXhKud6R-Fg)

Those are the parodies and silly videos that really stick with you. The PHB PSAs are entertaining enough that you'll watch them all, but not enough that they're worth seeing again and again, or something.
