Deathstalker PrC?

Could someone good at designing classes please design a Deathstalker PrC for me?
They were Bhaal's elite killers for hire, as far as I can tell.

I think Dragon Magazine may have already had one.

I think Bhaal's assasins were Deathbringers, at least that's what Saeravok is.

Is there a way to find the Class online?
I have no way to access any sort of Dragon Magazine, I suppose the alternative would be to see if anyone has already made an OGL version. I would prefer 'official' sources. Are we allowed to transcribe it from relevant issues?
If so, could someone do that?
