I really love the whole Idea behind the Divine Liberator Chaotic Good being my favorite alignment and my own real world Beliefs realy line up with the Idea. So I have Decided to bring the Liberator to 5e. Here's the Rub. Should I A. Create a unique Paladin Oath that shifts the Paladin into a more swashbuckler style class, and what would be necessary to get that to work. Or use the Ranger as a base creating a unique Ranger path that almost functions like a Paladin Oath, and shifts the ranger to be a bit more like a Paladin.
